. . . This is a warm and pleasant place with good atmosphere, including fireside lounge; nice servers who need training; good fish, but overpriced. Go for basics; fancy items on menu, e.g., king crab salad, were very meager portions at full entree price. Later in season, when servers are broken in, probably a better spot than any in Leknes....

The best thing about this place was the food - the dinner was fantastic, and the breakfast was seriously impressive ! We stayed in Skjaerbrygga only one night, but I could have stayed longer. We were on a holiday with my husband and my parents - 4 adults. Stayed in a Rorbu with 3 bebrooms. Rorbu was cosy, with a nice little kitchen and living room area. But it was not besides the sea which was only dissappointment. Next time I...

We stayed in several different places during our stay in Lofoten, and this place was by far our least favorite. The cabin was what they call "Landbu", which means that it is behind another row of cabins which are closer to the water. These ones that direcly overlook the water are called "Sjøbu". It was possible to see the water...
