The room was perfect, bed was comfortable. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. The store at the hotel was handy with everything you need. Wifi does not work in the rooms but will work outside on the balcony’s and is slow. Right beside the scuba diving shop and close to every restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

Los Delfines is not fancy, though I don’t think anywhere on Litte Corn is. It is however clean and comfortable and very convenient for the panga as well as Little Corn’s even smaller strip of restaurants and bars. The AC works well but a mini refrigerator would be a welcome improvement. I don’t however recommend their associated Dolphin Dive. Las Palmeras is a better option, though that hotel isn’t recommended due to its proximity to the Reggae Bar, a fun spot but one that emanates loud, throbbing music until very late.

Stayed here for three nights. Our room was in a Casa on the main floor, with another (unoccupied) room upstairs. Garden view, 20 metres set back from the sea. Very quiet, except for the roosters. Room was sheltered from the sea-breeze, so patio in the sun was hot. Clean room, A/C worked well, except power was shut-off from 6 AM to noon everyday (across the whole island). WiFi only at reception and Cantina (good strength). Beds comfy, toilets and showers worked, although with no temperature control. Brekkie included, (Mexican style) served at Cantina across the sidewalk. Like the other Corn Island accommodations, the Delfines grew on me, the longer I stayed.

This is a remote island in an underdeveloped country. With this being said ... the hotel has good ac (uncommon amenity on the island)... very hard beds(common in Nicaragua)... wifi but only in the front rooms near the restaurant (common)...cable tv but six fuzzy channels in Spanish except for ESPN in English(uncommon amenity)...over all priced fair for amenities and competition on the island)

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Located at the west side of the island, so less wind. Besides, the dive school, snorkel tours, Tranquilo Cafe and La Cantina are very close by so everything what you need is within a very small walking distance.

We where told they where the only open diving center an that is nt true, you can find out for yourself asking on other bussines. Also the "local owner" seems to own half of the island bussines so if you try to expend your money locally to help out the local economy look somwhere else.

Little Corn Island is an oasis of natural beauty and calm. We were lucky enough to stay at Delfinos for nearly a fortnight. It was right next to the main dive center and only a short walk to the dock. The best snorkeling (from shore) is on the other side of the island, a massive 15 minute walk lol. The room we had was spacious and sublimely air conditioned! All the staff working there were really helpful and accommodating.

We arrived at Little Corn Island by boat. That on itself was an experience. We were hit by a tropical downpour which made our boat trip very exciting. This is a an open boat and the only thing that it has to protects you from the rain is a big black tarp that sits all along the side of the boat. everyone knows what to do, as soon as the rain started everyone on the one side starts pulling the tarp over until the whole of the boat is covered. Talk about synchronization. But, I digress once you arrive at the wharf in Little corn Island there are local porters that will haul all of your luggage to the hotel. Delfines hotel is very basic but, it has everything that you need, air conditioning, good beds and all rooms have complete bathrooms. The hotel is located right in front of the beach and basically in the middle of town. You have to remember that life in this part of the world and specially in Little Corn Island is at a totally different pace, very slow, people don't stress out and although the service was great it takes time to have things happen. If you are travelling to Little Corn Island you are there to relax. The hotel restaurant was fantastic and the food superb. Just remember that the menu consist to three basic thing: Lobster, Shrimps and Fish, all very fresh and cook in many different ways. While you are eating you will have the best view, right on the beach. Great stay! By the way, walk around the island, it will only take you a couple of hours to get to know this beautiful place in the Caribbean coat of Nicaragua.

Loved our stay here. The rooms are very basic but they were spacious and the beds were comfortable. There were no closets - nowhere to hang anything in the room (we were there for diving so it didn't matter to us). The staff were quiet and unobtrusive, but very nice. The a/c unit had a very bright LED indicator that was a bit bothersome, so bring an eye mask or tape. :) Also the roosters next door were pretty loud, but that's normal. Just be prepared & bring ear plugs (we found the wax ones worked perfectly, FYI). The front porch was spacious and lovely with wonderful ocean breezes. The restaurant was a bit slow - if you've got a morning dive be sure to be there at 7:00, put your order in immediately, and let them know you're diving. The food was delicious. We had everything we needed and would definitely come back! I should note that our hotel stay was part of a dive package so our prices were very reasonable.
