We appreciate you taking time to write a review and are never proud to hear of a bad experience. We understand your frustration about running out of sugar and make sure to have a large back up now for when the supplies ships are cancelled like that. We have one of the most pristine beaches in the world, and there...

To start on the outside it does have all you would want, clean rooms (with thin walls) great location, hot water (after 5 min of cold), and a decent overpriced restaurant. But what it lacks is friendlier forward service. Just about everything you need, (beach towel, baggage service, drinks on the beach) you must ask for everything. Sadly they don't offer...

Arenas Beach Hotel is across from a perfect beach and if you time your visit to the beach right, you can grab one of the lounge chairs with an umbrella, but when the hotel is full, there are not enough chairs and umbrellas set up to accommodate all guests. The hotel's restaurant has a limited menu that doesn't vary or...

We arrived at this beautiful hotel, facing the beach, at 8am in the morning and were, initially very impressed. Unfortunately our experience and that of the others also staying with us, steadily went downhill. We were told we couldn't have our room till 2, this was fine but I asked the manager if there was any chance that the 10...

My husband and I were slated to stay on Little Corn Island for 8 days to start our 3 week Nicaraguan honeymoon. Due to weather, the commercial panga (ferry) was not running. In a panic, we began looking for other accommodations on Big Corn Island and came upon Arenas Beach Hotel. The owner, Lesley, is a fantastic, personable and kind...

Great hotel if you like to relax & enjoy the beach. Most of the staff is friendly but if you have any issues just ask to talk to the manager. I forgot his name, but he was very friendly & helpful. The food at the restaurant was pretty good too. I would definitely stay there again.

This place has the best beach on the island, period. Water is super clear, beach is very clean, and almost no waves. Good for swimming and snorkeling. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We made a life long friend with one of the Taxi drivers associated with the hotel. Will bring the kiddos next time. Bungalows were nothing special and...
