This was quite the most impressive place we have ever stayed. The five bungalows are all set within magnificent tea plantations some with lake views. We stayed in the Allen room in dunked bungalow which was the cheapest room but lovely nonetheless. It had twin beds pushed together and an enormous bathroom which I want in my home back in...

The Dunkeld bungalow with Sanjaya's wonderful service is not to be missed. It's a perfect blend of gracious hospitality, comfortable surroundings, great food and the most amazing views of the lake. The staff are near but never intrusive, happy to give you anything you want. Ask for their lovely light tea and Rice/Curry, much the best thing to eat there.

My husband and I spent two nights in the Dunkill bungalow. I can't rave enough about it. We felt very pampered and spoilt. The accommodations were top notch, the meals superb and the service would be hard to beat! We will definitely be back.

We stayed 3 nights here at the start of our second trip to Sri Lanka. It is just perfect. So much to say and not a single negative experience whilst we were here. The staff and attention they provide is so polite, always welcoming and very friendly. The whole experience is one of gentle elegance and it really feels like...

We were on our honeymoon and this was the last 3 days of the trip and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel or location. We were in the Dunkeld Bungalow and we couldn't fault it at all. Even though it was the newest bungalow in the group, it had both old world charm & modern conveniences (although you definitely...

This place is amazing. The whole experience was wonderful. The food, the luxury accommodation and the surroundings were spectacular (majestic but tranquil) and the staff were beyond superb. One of the things we loved the most was hiking through the tea plantation and eating out on the terrace overlooking the stunning scenery. We look forward to returning to this place.

We spent several nights in this Relais & Chateau property as part of a tour of Sri Lanka, and it was probably my favorite stop in the whole country. We had a Garden Suite in Norwood Bungalow. The Bungalow was decorated simply but extremely tastefully, with beautiful fabrics and oriental rugs. Our stay was all-inclusive, including three meals, cream tea,...

We stayed for three nights in early February in Dunkeld and had such a wonderful time we plan to return to tea trails and the other properties owned by the same company. We couldn't fault anything from morning tea service through the fantastic food, stunning walks and exemplary service. The suites were lovely and we enjoyed our garden space. The...

This was our second visit to Castlereagh - we were previously here three years ago. Our latest visit did not dissappoint and in some ways exceded our first visit. The food was excellent, from breakfast in the morning through lunch, high tea and dinner in the evening, the food was first class and the kitchen should be complimented. The available...
