Nice location because of its walking distance to most business establishments. Crew are nice and polite. What I like most, room is clean with new sheets and towel whenever I arrive. It is a bit noisy because of the vehicles running in the street.

When on a tour, we usually look for a hotel with a nice comfy bed, clean bathrooms and strategic location.. We expect to be out all day anyway.. And Hotel Tiffany was the right place to be! It is near the plaza, church, most eating places. The hotel staff were friendly though some need more zest when speaking with guests..

After we missed our flight and delayed...The hotel is good to stay for a short period of time. Pleasant, helpful and accomodating staffs. The washroom needs improvement. near to all amenities. I would call it their "downtown". Busy and traffic.

Crews are nice. Tho their rooms are not that expensive, you should not expect too much too with how rooms look like. They even allowed us to stay half day. We stayed here because it is the nearest to everything in Ilocos Norte. Bus ride to Vigan or Pagudpod are all walking distance.

False advertising. Suite room comprised of 3 single beds but ad shows a queen bed and a single bed. Looks old and untidy. No elevators so you'd be unfortunate if you get a room in the 4th floor. Parking is limited in front of the hotel and the alternative parking area is a bit far from the hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights during our trip to Laoag. At first we, including our driver, didn't find it because of it small signage and entrance. The hotel's location is near to Laoag City Hall, 24 hr convenience shops, restaurants, Jollibee fast food, etc. The building itself is quite "old" and the rooms are typically small, not quite "hotel-like",...

I was here during a business trip in Laoag. The room was not neat and looks dated. The door lock looked as if someone could get inside by just thrusting it. There was also a passage on the ceiling which made the experience a bit uncomfortable as I've heard some stories in one hotel in Manila where the guests heard...

stayed for two nights. great location. cheap. nice and helpful staff. many restaurants nearby. night stroll to the sinking bell tower and plaza. i wouldn't call it a hotel. a pension house, maybe. not very clean and room needs refurbishing. stayed here only because first choice was fully booked.

The hotel has a very good location. The rate of the room given to us wasn't pricey. However, the front desk staff was quite sarcastic and needs more training on customer service. This gay hotel staff was not professional enough to answer guests' queries. His voice was sarcastic and dealt with me like I was a customer in a bazaar....

“We were shown 2 different rooms both at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. Both were equally clean and we chose the one with a double bed. The aircon was ond of the quietest we'd come across in Philippines . We could not hear the traffic from the rooms at the rear.”
