Comfortaprovand nice hotel with absolutely great views. The food is organic and provided by local farmes. The best meal is their handmade yogurt and cakes!!! Also the staff is really nice and helpful.

Check-in was prompt. We were lucky to have a third floor (there are 4 more floors on top of ground floor) room and enjoyed unobstructed views of the river. Breakfast is decent with a reasonable number of options. Bathroom was good as well.

We had a garden view room that was high enough (3rd level) to have a nice view of the mountains across the river in addition to the garden area below Has a great breakfast; helpful staff. Only caveat was you needed to ask for towels to be changed. We were going to stay xtra night but the other two room...

We enjoyed the hotel with great views and good location but the reception staff left a bad taste as we were leaving. When we were checking out, he demanded that we pay for our room immediately rather than asking nicely and then cursed in Laotian when we asked to double check our bill. Very unnecessary and we will certainly not...

A basic hotel that is one of the best locations in town. Be on the deck at sunset and that will make the stay here worthwhile. Breakfast on the deck is also a nice way to start the day. Bathrooms need remedial work, but the rooms are OK.

The location is the best feature of the hotel. Sunset on the deck over the river certainly was memorable. The rooms are fairly basic and the bathrooms certainly need some remedial attention. this aside we enjoyed our stay and would return.

We stayed here for 4 nights. We did ask to change room and we're glad we did. We got an E room on the top floor, recently refurbished. So new that the bathroom sink still had the manufacturers labels on it. The shower was newly tiled. Beds were extremely comfortable with good quality white bed linens. And the view -...

We paid around THB 1,650 and was happy with the bedroom condition and the great view from our balcony. (Breakfast by the river included.) Only feeling let-downed when entered the toilet area. It was very tired and, for the worst part, very smelly. Minor problem when we checked in, we asked to get the highest floor possible, and been assigned...

As people have said, please please please do yourself a favour and make sure you ask for a 5th floor room. We chose to squish two single/twin beds together and it was the best decision we made. This place is right on the river and the view is simply breathtaking from bed and from the balcony outside the room. Spend...

Stayed at the Elephant Crossing in December 2013. The hotel is right on the river. Our room had a great view but was a tad on the small size...the staff were friendly but as with most things in this part of Asia cleanliness was not up to western standards. However, i would have no problems returning as our stay was...
