I hesitate to tell the world about this beautiful spot. I have been twice and stayed at the tented camp and the lodge. I love both for different reasons. The Madame of the house makes you feel comfortable without being overbearing - she makes the trip positively memorable! The fireplace at the lodge is superb and the fire pit at...

Having made a booking and received a confirmation email, I travelled 4 hours to the camp, to be told that the camp was temporarily shut The lady at the lodge reception informed me that she had emailed canceling my booking but it became clear no email has been sent - it was not in her sent box (only the confirmation...

I recently stayed at the camp and had a very enjoyable time. I recommended the place to my brother and his girlfriend, they made a booking for this weekend but when hey turned up the camp was closed for renovations. They then went to the lodge to ask if they could stay there for the price of the camp as...

We loved this place! They were very helpful on the phone after we got lost and got someone to guide us to the camp. They welcomed us, pampered us with a sunset massage on the first evening, together with a bottle of wine and a cake to celebrate our honeymoon. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The open window in...

Lovely scenic spot. The camp could however do with a few upgrades (rooms and showers especially). In terms of pricing, when you compare to what else is available in the market at similar rates, there is better value to be had staying elsewhere. Guests calling to make reservations should perhaps be offered the opportunity to book at the lodge (which...

Only stayed the one night on safari and our Long Hill tent was very secluded with a short walk from the main camp reception area - bit confusing at first with many different paths but got used to it. Need torch at night or you could roam around for ages. Room was very clean and tidy with comfortable beds -...

We only stayed for a short weekend, but felt thoroughly relaxed by the time we left! The individually designed wood cabins offer a secluded porch with an expansive view over the conservancy. The food is incredible (3 course meal!). We enjoyed relaxing with some tea and beer in the main family lodge and hanging out with Jackie's (the owner's) two...
