I think you should just all the front desk. The hot tub was open in January. The (small) pool might be open in March, but the temperatures in Springdale are not that warm so early in the spring.

We also did not have a pet and also did not see any, sorry! Call directly to the Lodge, they are very friendly and accommodating.
