We stayed at the cliffrose hotel in December during off season. There were maybe five other family's staying there. The staff was fantastic and personable offering advise and go to as well as flash lights as we forgot ours. While it is off season they still offered breakfast delivered to our room. The rooms all had a view and ours...

I am SO glad we chose Cliffrose Lodge & Gardens for our two night stay just outside the Zion entrance. We arrived just before sunset and could hardly believe our eyes. The very well maintained property is lined by soaring red rocks. We could hear the Virgin River rushing across the lawn from our room. Our room was very tastefully...

We stayed two nights whilst visiting Zion. Hotel was nice. Rooms are VERY small. 2 adults 2 children. Would I stay again? Probably not just based on the size of the room. If I was the hotel I would prob remove the large set of drawers and desk in room. Hotel is conveniently located to national park. Restaurant options are...

Beautiful scenery and a river running though the property. Good breakfast, but the breakfast room was shabby, but it looked like they were in the process of redoing it. The guest rooms were just average.

We stayed here for 2 nights during the first week in December when there were no crowds. The weather was crisp but not cold. The staff at the lodge were very attentive and friendly. Our room overlooked the river with an impressive view of the red rocks. We had a suite that was extremely comfortable and very clean. We were...

I'll keep it short. Cons: 1) Winter blanket, as heavy as a lead shield for a chest x-ray. 2) Heater, as loud as a leaf blower 3) Shower, never got hot 4) Buffett breakfast, outdoor heaters don't do much in an open room when it's 21 degrees. Pros: 1) Breakfast delivered to your room on weekdays in the off season...

We stayed here on Thanksgiving for 2 nights. We had a great room with a lovely view of the river and the mountains. The room was clean, large and comfortable. They have a great breakfast included, and it is better than the standard breakfast that you get at all the chain motels. The grounds are spacious with lots of spots...

Our room was relatively large, clean, comfortable AND a short walk to the pedestrian entrance at Zion. The breakfast was surprisingly good - the breakfast burritos made for an excellent breakfast on the go. Staff was helpful. I liked the hotel so much we are staying there this spring break with the whole family.

This little family-run hotel deserves a longer stay. We had only two nights, but could have stayed longer in comfortable and beautiful surroundings to see more of Zion and of Springdale. Lovely to see the sun on the rocks and the deer in the garden from our balcony. There is a bistro on site, serving delicious food. The staff are...

A nice Little Hotel near the entrance of the National Park. Very nice staff. The surroundings are beautiful, with a lot of green, trees, pools and the river in front of your window, if you're lucky. What's more, there are bbq spots all along the river, so it would be nice for families with children to just run around, relax...
