You never know what to expect when you select a non-chain place to stay but we were pleasantly surprised! It’s a great place to stay if you are visiting Zion! The room was clean, spacious, had a great view and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Thanks for a great stay!

Clean, spacious room. Not luxurious by any means but simple and efficient. The room was large and had a balcony. They have laundry onsite ($3 per wash and $3 to dry - quarters and soap available on the lobby) which was super convenient. Friendly and helpful staff.

I don’t like writing negative reviews but I want to share so others can book and enjoy their stay in Springdale. We booked 3 days at Driftwood Lodge and figured the price would outweigh La Quinta, Best Western, and even Holiday Inn. Not at all… Our bed mattress needed replacement. You can feel the springs inside the mattress so cheap! Report the issue and no follow up nor did they replaced the mattress. Basic Cable in room from DIRECTV, Shower wasn’t clean and had long black hair on shower wall when we arrived. I killed a huge spider inside room, No Breakfast on property but you can pay $8 for a voucher and go to Oscar’s down the street which was great! I would definitely not book here again. Go further down into town and stay at the other lodges. The view from the room is ok, Majestic and the other are a lot better. We didn’t use the pool and I believe the property doesn’t have a fitness center. Springdale Bus stop is convenient but the other hotels further into town as bus stop too.

The room was so much larger than we expected, separate bedroom and sitting room with a large balcony with our 2nd floor room. There is no elevator in the building we stayed in but this wasn't an issue for us. Pool looked inviting but we never made it there. The onsite restaurant was not open Sunday and Monday nights while we were there. Front Desk staff was helpful and pleasant. Hotel is at Stop 7 of the Zion Shuttle service. Just take the shuttle, not worth trying to park at the visitor center.

Don’t pay for a “view”. You can’t see a River. Our “view” was a broken down shed full of junk. No elevator… wish I’d known THAT. Stained sheets. This was a once in a lifetime trip for our 25th wedding anniversary…. So so so disappointed. Don’t waste your money here if you want something NICE…you walk a pretty long way for breakfast and they only give you a $8 voucher. That won’t go very far. At least there is coffee in the room even if I did have to clean the coffee pot before I’d use it. Honestly what I’d planned to be a sweet two. Nights between Grand Canyon and Bryce just made me cry. The hubs said “it’s fine.” THATS what I wanted for our anniversary trip.

The room was very clean & very generously spacious. LOVED the deck (& our windows) as our room had uninpeded views of the valley. The location is so outstanding that we were in awe of our surroundings & had a hard time leaving our space every day. The accessories are lovely, unique & artfully understated. Our experience was so wonderful that we are recommending this hotel - with specific room numbers - for a sibling reunion for next fall. The ONLY thing missing is that there is not a convenient desk for those who need to do some catch-up with emails & work with their laptop.

The Driftwood Lodge was even more than we hoped for. Spectacular views from our room and balcony, very comfortable bed and spacious room, spotlessly clean. The shuttle stop to the visitor center at Zion National Park was very convenient, and after a day of hiking, it was glorious to return to the Driftwood's pool and hot tub. We would definitely go back. It was also lovely to have the King's Landing Restaurant right there, offering truly delicious food, including the vegetarian offerings we look for.

This lodge is beautiful. Clean room and genuinely nice staff. We loved how we were able to use the shuttle system, but the lodge itself was away from the main hub. 100% would go back to this lodge when we return to the area.

Quick check-in, very comfortable room with a patio. Right next to a shuttle location which was great for getting to the park shuttle in the morning. Easy to adjust room temp and the bed was very comfortable. They had laundry on location and soap to go with it. Pool and hot tub.
