Mark and Joe, our hosts, are charming and friendly. Their knowledge of the town, places of interest, shops and restaurants were very accurate. Under the Eaves Inn has partnered with Oscar's and provided vouchers for breakfasts. A fantastic restaurant with impeccable service. My husband and I dined there every morning with no complaints. We also ate there for dinner. The...

What a perfect spot to spend a couple of nights. Mark and Joe went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our stay was in one of their quaint little cottages. Backyard such a nice place to relax by waterfall fountain or on hammock. Great location for access to Zion National Park. Breakfast was provided at local...

A very clean property located quite close to Zion NP. Our room was very small but comfortable and great for an overnight stay. Breakfast is provided by voucher at a very good restaurant which is within easy walking distance. Pricing is fair. A refrigerator and ice maker are available in an adjacent building. Normally, owners require a two-night stay.

We jsut plain like this place. The owners were great, helpful and fun. They clearly have worked very hard attending to every detail of making a comfortable stay. We stayed in room no. 1 in the main house, but I got a peek at that upstairs unit and it is huge and has everything. It would be perfect for a...

Under the eaves is right on the Springdale Blvd in town walking distance to everything! Mark and Joe are awesome hosts and the place is full of eclectic pieces of art and theme pieces. We stayed in the main house and one of the cabins out back that were relocated from Zion. Both were comfortable, clean and well cooled. Our...

We stayed here March 2016 for 4 nights. Mark and Joe were great hosts and gave us great info about Zion and the area (they recommended the Narrows hike, which I'm so glad we did on our last day). They do not provide breakfast, but they give you a voucher to Oscar's next door, and the breakfast is great and...

We stayed here for 2 nights. Mark and Joe were wonderfully welcoming, recommended walks and restaurants and made us feel at home. The property is old, creaky and full of character. There is seating on the porch and in the garden, which are a riot of flowers. The views are stunning both front and back. Tea and coffee are available...

Stayed here for two nights this month with a few friends. Rented out the top floor of the main house, which slept us all comfortably. The location of the place is spectacular, the place is wonderful, and the hosts are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast vouchers are provided for a restaurant a couple of doors down and the food is excellent....

From the beginning, our stay at Under the Eaves was superb. Mark's 5-minute orientation to the B&B, the town, and the park saved us so much trouble and helped us plan an excellent time in Zion. The entire property--living room, our room, the porch, the backyard--is beautiful, clean, and eclectically decorated. We slept well, enjoyed the coffee on hand on...

We spent two nights at Under the Eaves while visiting Zion, which gave us the pleasure of a late afternoon on the porch swing at the back of their garden, watching robins and goldfinches splash in the fountain a few feet below us, and orioles and a warbler flit near. It was idyllic. We had room 7, a converted woodshed...
