Detailed Reviews
Clean and supplied everything you could need. This owner is very thoughtful in preparing for guests. We enjoyed eating in and hanging out in the evenings while exploring Zion during the day. Beds were comfortable and clean. View was nice from balcony. Check in was super easy as they just sent a code to my e-mail. Washer and dryer were handy too. Was perfect.

We stayed here 5 nights for a wedding. Two couples, plus one toddler in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with a large basement playroom. The management of this hotel did a wonderful job communicating with us before, during and after our stay via helpful emails and texts. There is maybe no better location in Springdale. Bus service into the National Park was right outside the door, a grocery store is just steps away and there are a number of restaurants within walking distance. Our kitchen was decently equipped and the unit had a washer and dryer with laundry pods provided. The only complaint I had was with the wifi service. It seemed to be somewhat slow and it was annoying to have to go through a web page with a check box every time you went to use it. Other than that, this was a nice place to stay.

This place is definitely worth your attention. There will be a shuttle stop right outside your door, so leave your car and take the bus to the park if that’s your destination. Walk to lots of good restaurants and shops. Comfy beds, plenty of linens. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets were provided. There were coffee pods, plenty of dishes and utensils and basic pots and pans. Great unit for kids as there is a “pop-a-shot” and old school video game unit in the lower area. So, why only 4 stars? The accommodation is listed as sleeping 10. The last 2 guests will be relegated to the extremely uncomfortable fold out sofa. Two of our kid travelers opted to sleep on the floor instead. Also, there is no one place for 10 guests to gather to eat or socialize together. We used the grill but it wasn’t the best with only one area that got hot enough to cook. Pool was under repair and that was a disappointment but the pool area is extremely pleasant and will be a great place to hang out once the pool is ready.

We stayed in the Sentinel Suite at the end of October. We were happy with the unit in general. Very well stocked kitchen, clean and washer and dryer were included. The view in the front would have been outstanding if they trimmed the tree in front of the unit (pretty easy fix). They had a nice view in the back as well. Unfortunately, the other units window overlooked the seating area so it wasn't very private. In addition, there was no safe, no full length mirror and no charging stations for electronic devices.
Also, BEWARE that these units can accommodate large groups staying together. There were multiple families grilling in one unit upon our arrival. Because they were on the bottom level and the patio faced the parking lot, people were drinking in the parking lot and on the sidewalk that led to the steps of our suite. It honestly felt like we were walking into a cheap motel instead of a luxury resort. I would definitely not stay here in the summer when all the units are full nor would I take my chances staying on the weekends during the fall. I could see it getting very loud and there is no staff on site if there are any problems.

My wife and I rented out the sentinel suite when we took a trip to Zion national Park in early February. We could not have been happier with the rental. They have everything you have and you only need to bring yourself. It’s located in a great location right across the street from a restaurant and right next to the bit and spur. Contactless check in and check out everything was seamless. The rental is brand new so clean. Highly suggest you rent this place and you’ll be so comfortable after hiking all day

Truly a lovely, relaxing, luxurious stay. Check in was seamless and smooth - code was emailed out and no interactions with humans required. The unit itself was spotless, with many luxe touches. A gift basket with six bottles of water, a free stainless steel water bottle, a very useful Zion guide book, and assorted snacks was waiting on the table. We had a premier villa - the Narrows, to be exact. It was spacious and perfect for our family of 6 comprising my in laws, myself, my husband, and kids aged 3 and 7. The kids had a blast in the basement, with the game room, and then stayed in the bedroom right next to the game room! The beds were SO SO comfortable. One of the best I've ever had outside my own house. Thick, substantial bedding, mattress with just the right amount of firmness, and very well laundered and clean smelling linen. The showers had excellent water pressure. There were so many towels provided! The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you could possibly imagine except the food. We also used the grill, which worked well. The pool was small but luxurious and had jaw dropping views of the mountains. The shuttle stops right outside and is a short ride to zion. There were walkable restaurants and grocery stores. Everything was perfect.

Our suite was clean, but it is one of the most bizarre set-ups we've ever seen. The designers went for modern. In the process, they ignored functionality. For example, there is nowhere to put any food in the kitchen, but there's a huge pull-out cupboard devoted to garbage cans. The windows are really tall, which is cool, but you have to stand on a ladder to pull down the shades in every room - or in the case of the bedroom, you have to literally stand on the bed to do it!! For the price of the suite, surely they could have sprung for shades that operate with a remote. People can see right into your living space from the kitchen, but there is no shade for that window.
Location was good. There are a lot of other properties nearby that look equally good. This place is more hype than what it delivers. Way over priced for what it actually is.

We loved this place. After a strenuous day hiking in the park, it was great to come back to Lafave, enjoy the hot tub, and relax in a luxurious suite. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, The mule deer sauntered by our windows one morning. Perfection.
Extra thanks to Jamie who was super helpful. I can't wait to return.

Pool and hot tub has been closed since February. Not mentioned on website anywhere. Also, the sofa beds in the villas are extremely uncomfortable. Definitely could/should find better places in the area. Still nice though. Great location.

Great condo and well equipped. The location is walking distance to shuttle and many restaurants. We loved the hot tub for after a day of hiking, but beware of the chlorine level. It bleached out all of our swimsuits as well as other guest who used it. Otherwise great facility.
