We camped here 3 nights in June, 2015. I am not a camper , but was pleasantly surprised that I had fun. This was a perfect way to visit Yellowstone and not spend a fortune! The campground was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The restrooms were always clean and the campground was quiet at night. I...

We stayed here two nights--July 3 & 4, 2015. The campground is okay, the bathrooms were clean most of the day (though people using them could do a better job cleaning up after themselves, which is not the fault of the staff), and some sites were shaded and level. Our site was neither shaded nor very level, with big holes...

Let's start out by saying, I am not a camper. I'm a budget-hotel-girl. That being said, any hotel within 100 miles during this time of year (June) was over $250 a night. My campsite here was $25 ($12 if you have an Inter-Agency Park Pass - and FYI, that's not a National Park Pass). So, I booked my Large Tent...

After 18 days camping in YellowStone, Grand Teton & Rocky Mountain this was the worst place we stayed Initial site allocated was unusable as there was no where remotely level to pitch a tent. Returned to reception and got allocated a better spot with some shade as a bonus but still slept for 3 nights on a slope. Only cold...

We had reserved two nights in this campground. Upon arriving at the registration office we were assigned site 399 and assured it was a lovely spot. I told the employee that we'd like to take a look at the site and determine if we wanted to stay both nights or just one night. The attendant said "no problem" and gave...

A nice campground located across the road from Lake Yellowstone. The closest entrances are the southern and eastern entrances of the park. It does get congested with cars and RV's, which takes away from the nature aspect, but the facilities are well maintained. You can't beat the location!

Tented here for four nights in late May and quite enjoyed it. We had site in one of the upper loops(E loop I think) and it was a wooded site with a reasonable piece of level ground to erect tent on. The lower loops near the entrance are open field style camping and are nice but afford less privacy so...

This campsite was just across the road from the lake. Beautiful views of the lake and each night had a ranger talk/slide show about different things/animals of Yellowstone. The location is good. Coming in from the north entrance of Yellowstone the scenery was much prettier and there was other campsites there that I would recommend above Bridge Bay, only because...

This was quite a noisy campground compared to others we had stayed at, plus our spot didnt have great views. Its not bad but Slough Creek is better! Its a good spot for being centrally located in the park though. Id recommend it for families.

When we booked at this campground it wasn't out first choice, but after staying there we are glad to stayed here. We stayed in one of the upper loops, and even thought out neighbours looked very close by (no trees to separate sites like in Madison campground), our neighbours were very quiet and we felt like we had privacy. Their...
