My husband and I stayed there for the Bengal/Jag game and the Bengal/Browns game this year. I loved dated hotels for their rich history but both times our rooms were beyond dirty. I had to dust both times and clean the bathrooms. Food on the carpet in the hallway was there for two days. We had no soap for our first stay, we called the front desk four times and never received it. The lamp in our room was cracked, the trash was still in the can from the previous visitor. We also went to the Browns game and came back the room around 6pm and our room was not made up, never cleaned what so ever. I went down to complain and the man at the desk offered us a "free breakfast" the next morning. We did go eat but were billed for it. I called and never could get the charge off my credit card. Never , ever will stay there again. Great location to walk to the games but that is about it.

Hotel's Favourite
Stayed at the Hilton a couple of weeks ago and had an amazing experience! We had a very rough day of travel and Monique who greeted us at the front desk and checked us into our room helped turn our day from a really bad one to a good one. Her dinner recommendations were spot on and just her knowledge of the hotel and the city were incredible. Room was clean, was a nice sized room, and had a great view! Hotel was close to so much in the area! We had breakfast at the restaurant the next morning and while not buffet giving the times it was very good. The overall beauty of the hotel was phenomenal and that every single staff member of the hotel was so approachable and helpful ensures we will stay again! Only suggestion would be to have better signage for the parking garage that is for the Hilton.

Liked coming back here after several years. Expect this to be a 30's hotel which has to be constantly updated. Conference site. I had a suite. Very nice. Amenities good like before. Staff very friendly like before. Check in is fast. Staff masked up. Like other hotels, staffing during Covid is going to be a problem, here they do their best. Lobby bar is hopping. Food is good. Downtown area full of construction. Close to a few other restaurants. I can see the stadiums for NFL and MLB closeby. Airport is Kentucky, half hour or so away. If you want a taxi, do order one and ask the concierge for help. Do not hail a taxi at the last moment. While I heard other's complain, I had nothing but accolades for the hotel, during these trying times. If you can 'suite' up do so, lots more room.

Bed was very comfortable and the room temp was comfortable. My floor was quiet. Bathrooms are quite small. Well I would say the entire room is quite small but I didn't need anything more than that. It is an older building with an Art Deco style so there a lot of different designs along with dark wood and marble. The front desk was very nice and responsive.

Dirty outdated rooms. A coworker had no hot water. Took three trips to the front desk to fix this. I had no shampoo, but did have a used contact lens, a sequin, and some hair on the bathroom floor when I checked in. Room had a musty smell. The ice machine across the hall was leaking. They out a fan out and left it there for 2 days. I was there for a convention and they catered lu ch one of the days. Normal folks got a chicken ceasar salad. Vegans God a bowl of iceberg lettuce. That is all. Nothing but a bowl of iceberg lettuce. Good cocktails in the bar at happy hour. Staff was for the most part friendly, but clearly tired of having to apologize for all the problems this decaying hotel has.
