This is the kind of place you want to stay when you are on a road trip and have been driving all day and want a place for one night only with a clean comfortable bed, good ac, and a good shower. Should cost under $100. That’s all you get here. No amenities of any kind. Small room. Noisy AC. Small bathroom with two towels and little bars of soap. No restaurant. Inconvenient parking. Egregiously over priced at over $200/night including taxes.

We had an amazing stay all around, but the person that really made the trip was the front desk gentleman Steven. He was so accommodating and friendly, and is an incredibly valuable member of your staff!! Thank you Steven for helping us with any needs that arose. The Courtyard is lucky to have someone that cares so much and takes great pride in their work. We will be back!

Probably the worst stay I've ever experienced at a hotel. I booked a king room with a couch. After getting to my room, I noticed they put my fiance and I in a double queen handicapped room. So I went down to the front desk to hopefully fix the issue and get my correct room. I was told by the front desk, "oh sorry we are really booked up." I booked my room almost 3 months in advance and wasn't informed that they changed my reservation. I'm not sure why they chose us to move rooms without even contacting us. We were there to celebrate our baby moon, I was under the impression that they had a pool, gym, and a bistro bar. The pool wasn't open until the following month. They stated that on the website but nothing about the bar bistro being closed. So 2/3 amenities weren't available. That was disappointing. Moving on to our room, I tried to take a bath to relax because I'm 8 months pregnant. The plug didn't seal so it would drain the minute you turned off the water. Frustrating, as I had to keep running water until I just gave up. We tried to order pizza and call the front desk, our hotel phone didn't work in the room. During the night the hotel was full of wedding guests and they would come in loud and drunk in the early hours of the night. I'm a light sleeper so I didn't get any sleep either nights. The only positive about our stay was the beds are comfortable and they have lots of restaurants in the area to walk to. While checking out, I addressed the issues again with the front desk and I got a response "oh sorry" clearly wasn't sincere. They didn't ask if I enjoyed my stay. Just took my card and that was that. I think hospitality fell short, I was VERY disappointed in this marriott stay. It wasn't cheap for 2 nights, felt like a rip off. I didn't even get the room I booked. Thinking about contacting someone higher up as the actual hotel hasn't tried to fix the issues. Would love for someone to reach out and contact me.

I stayed at the Rockwood Courtyard for three nights. The first night around midnight the toilet started making very loud, strange noises. It wouldn't flush and if I tried to lift the lid to flush it the water was very hot. I couldn't sleep or use the toilet. At 6:00 am I called and was told that someone would be there in 30 minutes. When no one showed up I called again and was told someone would be there by 7:00 am. When no one showed up I went to the front desk and talked to the night manager, Christopher S. He said no one would be in until 12 noon. I told him that I was very unhappy and he told me to check out of the hotel. So much for problem solving. I told him I was going to write a negative review and he said, "go ahead". I continued to use the main floor restroom. When I talked to the day manager she said she would comp me $25 for the inconvenience and no sleep. I told her not to bother. The next morning when I was going to breakfast at 8:00 am someone had thrown up next to the elevator door. A towel had been thrown over it and a yellow caution sign. When I told Christopher S. the night manager he said someone would clean it up at noon because that's when maintenance would be in. I told him to get it cleaned up now or I'm calling the health department which I did. It was eventually cleaned up but the entire second floor smelled of vomit for the next 2 days of my stay.

We were staying here this past weekend for our niece's wedding. Very nice rooms, very clean and friendly staff. Unfortunately the rooms do not have microwaves, only the one in the lobby market. Due to covid, they did not do housekeeping in our rooms during our stay, which was fine. Unfortunately, the pool was closed also due to covid. Wish they had a regular restaurant in the lobby instead of the fancy Starbucks place... that never seemed to be open and only had high end food. The mobile check in was awesome and quick, we just had to stop at front desk to get our room keys. Checkout was via email and we just dropped the keys at front desk. Staff was very helpful when we ordered from door dash and the pizza place didn't include plates or napkins. They were able to get us some from the Starbucks place. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
