Our short stay was really wonderful. Every employee of this hotel, from the front desk staff at check-in and check-out, the doormen, valet parking, in-room dining server, and housekeeping were outstanding. Each employee greeted us, asked how our stay was going, and if there was anything that they could help us with. Not overboard, just truly excellent service. This is sadly unusual these days. While the employees were the standout there were some other nice things: We were able to use their car service to go out in the evening, which was a nice touch. The room was lovely, with Diptique bath products. Bed was comfy. Room service breakfast was delivered on time, hot, and both dishes were delicious. We will definitely return!

Having stayed in many luxury hotels in the past, I expected the service and amenities at The Lytle Park Hotel to be high end. I was (pleasantly) surprised to find this hotel was at a whole different level. From the valet to the bellman to the front desk attendant, they all made us feel like they were genuinely happy to see us. They were each friendly and engaging. There are times when you can tell that people genuinely enjoy where they work.
Walking down the halls to the room, you smell a nice (but not overpowering) aroma that almost seems to be pumped in through the vents (and may be). The hallway carpets and designer wallpaper let you know what to expect when you get into your room. The rooms themselves are well-appointed and impeccably clean. The bathroom was obviously upgraded and very luxurious.
We had dinner and drinks in the rooftop restaurant (The Vista) which provided a spectacular view. We were able to reserve one of the two "globes" which allowed us an intimate setting while keeping us nice and warm. All of the food was incredible and the cocktails were top notch. The waitstaff was attentive, while not being intrusive.
Again, I knew that this hotel was going to be nice, but this far exceeded my expectations. My compliments to the management for hiring great people and ensuring they're trained well.
We will definitely visit again and can't recommend The Lytle Park Hotel enough for anyone traveling through Cincinnati.

My hubby & I stayed 2 nights in late March at this charmingly renovated historic property. We had watched the transformation take place over the course of 1+ year. This was our 1st stay & we’ll return for certain! The service was impeccable & delivered in a sincerely friendly fashion. Sammy at the reception desk was engaging & welcoming. The assistant manager Kyle Goebel was out on the floor working right along side the other staff to meet guests needs. He approached us as we milled around the gift shop area to assist us. We were surprised at how all of the employees from restaurant/lounge, to bellman & to housekeeping were willing to address our needs very quickly. Along with Kyle Goebel, we’d like to recognize: Dee at the bar/lounge, Zach & Jess in the Subito breakfast area, Bron & Blake in Bell services. There were other people who were also of kindly help but we didn’t get all of their names. The meal we ate at the lounge area was beautifully prepared & surprisingly inexpensive for its content. The breakfasts were extraordinary.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights on a whim and I was truly blown away with this place. It’s stunning. Everything from the rooftop, clean bathrooms, rooms, bath tubs, etc it’s all impeccable well designed and SO CLEAN. Samantha at the front desk was astounding. So welcome and friendly upon welcome and Even went above and beyond. We checked into a room that was beautiful but I requested a higher floor (i’m very sensitive to noise) and I went to Samantha thinking it was not going to be possible, but she went above and beyond to get our rooms switched to a higher floor and we slept beautifully! I’m so grateful for her and all the staff at this wonderful hotel. You should definitely stay here!

The staff was wonderful starting with the valet, the bellman, the front desk staff. Everyone was extremely pleasant, polite and accommodating. The girl at the front desk offered to make reservations for us at Subito for the evening we arrived.
The lobby is spectacular and features a beautiful bar and sparkling lighting.
We were celebrating our anniversary and found chilled sparkling wine as well as chocolate dipped fruits in our lovely suite.
There was a large screen television in the sitting room as well as the bedroom. It featured streaming services including Netflix and YouTube.
The bathroom had double sinks, an enormous soaker tub and a very large shower.
The bed was extremely comfortable.
We have stayed at many hotels but the Lytle Park absolutely set the standard.
The lobby is spectacular and features a beautiful bar and sparkling lighting.

When we arrived,we were told the two queen
was not available , we were put in king with sofa
bed .This was booked and prepaid in March back in the UK. The hotel did give us some vouchers 20 dollars of drinks and a 40 dollar breakfast credit.
We had no problems moving rooms but the hotel
need to make sure they are equipped for three people. We had to go to reception and ask for a Duvet ' we only had two towels and never got a third .The sofa bed mattress is very poor. This needs to be addressed by hotel management.
The hotel is fantastic and very clean and valet very helpful.
When we arrived we went up to the roof top bar
and the man behind the bar was lovely and got

The hostess wanted to sit us down at a table whilst we were waiting for our drinks but when the barman asked if we wanted to close the hostess was very rude to the bar man and us. She snapped at us and said I told you to pay the hostesses when you leave. The bar man looked at us in disbelief. We sat down at the designated table and were then ignored, so in the end the lovely bar man came with the bill and sorted it. We were made to feel very uncomfortable, may be they don't think English tourist are good enough for their bar. We went to the down stairs bar after that and the Turkish girl was fantastic and a credit to your hotel The food in the restaurant is excellent and all the staff very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again but hope the problems don't happen again.

here are not worthy of delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments. It was out=r wedding anniversary and our suite was taken away and given to another guest. Totally unacceptable. Room service was a horror with cold food and the absence of cups and utensils. The room we were downgraded to was on a very noisy highway. There are many other hotels in the area that live up to expectations.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel over the July 4th holiday. The Terran corner suite was amazing - lots of space and loved the natural light from all the windows. Everything in the room was in great shape and super clean. All hotel staff from the valet to the front desk to cleaning staff were all super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Brett and Alex for helping with booking the room we had requested. We come to Cincy every summer and this is definitely our new favorite hotel!

We travel frequently and have stayed at lots of Marriott properties and this is one of the best stays we have had. The rooms are luxurious and we had the most amazing soaking tub and rain shower.
The staff was so accommodating and they even had a car service to take you to dinner reservations, although you don’t even need to leave the hotel because their restaurant, Subito is incredible. We had the perfect meal for our anniversary and the service was top notch. Christy and her team went above and beyond for us.

Do yourself a favor and book a stay at the Lytle Park Hotel. We had no idea what was in store for us when we decided to stay here instead of near Miami University in Oxford. It was worth every second of the extra time in the car and we can’t wait to come back. Not only are the rooms and lobby incredibly beautifully decorated, but the food is scrumptious and the service superb. I am an interior designer from San Francisco and never in my wildest dreams did I think a hotel in the Midwest could hold a candle to anything we have in swanky California. Boy was I wrong! Not only are the rooms beyond gorgeous, but they’re so beautifully appointed with fantastic sheets and towels and other luxury amenities. The lobby looks like something you find in a spread in Elle Decor magazine, not Cincinnati Ohio!
The food at theLobby restaurant is absolutely delicious and we actually liked it so much we ate all of our meals there. I personally recommend the salmon. :-)
I think our favorite part, however was the incredible service - especially notable was my time with the assistant manager Kyle Goebel. He took some time to chat with me when we ran into each other outside the elevator and then followed up with me two or three times just to make sure that everything at the hotel was to my liking. When we were informed that we wouldn’t make our connection due to a delayed flight, and checked back in, he surprised us with a thoughtful gift to make our extended stay here even more enjoyable. There is a sign out front that states immunized people don’t need to wear a mask. When we were there last week all staff and most people were wearing masks.
