The staff was wonderful starting with the valet, the bellman, the front desk staff. Everyone was extremely pleasant, polite and accommodating. The girl at the front desk offered to make reservations for us at Subito for the evening we arrived. The lobby is spectacular and features a beautiful bar and sparkling lighting. We were celebrating our anniversary and found chilled sparkling wine as well as chocolate dipped fruits in our lovely suite. There was a large screen television in the sitting room as well as the bedroom. It featured streaming services including Netflix and YouTube. The bathroom had double sinks, an enormous soaker tub and a very large shower. The bed was extremely comfortable. We have stayed at many hotels but the Lytle Park absolutely set the standard.

When we arrived,we were told the two queen was not available , we were put in king with sofa bed .This was booked and prepaid in March back in the UK. The hotel did give us some vouchers 20 dollars of drinks and a 40 dollar breakfast credit. We had no problems moving rooms but the hotel need to make sure they are equipped for three people. We had to go to reception and ask for a Duvet ' we only had two towels and never got a third .The sofa bed mattress is very poor. This needs to be addressed by hotel management. The hotel is fantastic and very clean and valet very helpful. When we arrived we went up to the roof top bar and the man behind the bar was lovely and got Us our drinks . This is when the problem started. The hostess wanted to sit us down at a table whilst we were waiting for our drinks but when the barman asked if we wanted to close the hostess was very rude to the bar man and us. She snapped at us and said I told you to pay the hostesses when you leave. The bar man looked at us in disbelief. We sat down at the designated table and were then ignored, so in the end the lovely bar man came with the bill and sorted it. We were made to feel very uncomfortable, may be they don't think English tourist are good enough for their bar. We went to the down stairs bar after that and the Turkish girl was fantastic and a credit to your hotel The food in the restaurant is excellent and all the staff very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again but hope the problems don't happen again. …

The hotel itself is fabulous - very upscale as you would expect from Marriott's Autograph line. I live and work in Cincinnati and sometimes visit, even when not staying the night, for a cocktail. Both the lobby and rooftop bars are amazing - great ambiance (you can easily forget you're at a hotel) and a great view of the city from the roof. Hopefully you will meet Dee in the lobby bar. Her witty, fun personality are the perfect compliment to her impeccable drinks. Come for the Mable's Manhattan, but stay for laughs and conversation with Dee!

The moment you pull up you notice it. The staff is so attentive and unphased by anything that falls out of your car. Whatever we needed they were so helpful and accommodating. Amazing service and that's not including how lovely the hotel is. The beds are sooo comfy and pillows are huge. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

I work close by and visit the bar every now and then with friends and co-workers. Dee, in the lobby bar. is hands down the best bartender I have ever encountered and makes the best drinks. Friendly, funny and a great conversationalist; she’s what keeps me and my friends coming back.

Went to the hotel bar and had a lovely lady as my bartender. Dee Donmez was our bartender. She was very personable, asked us why we were in town, talked a little even though she was very busy. Will be back again and we hope we get Dee as our bartender. Wish we could take her everywhere with us.

It took over 1 hour and 15 minutes to get hot water in the shower after numerous calls to the front desk Not impressed with new property. Bad communication among staff at front desk. Was offered free parking for one night as result.
