The location was really good for us and the staff was very friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean with a lot of accesible outlets. The TV was weirdly placed for viewing from the bed. Breakfast was fine and there was variety although the bananas were all black.
The family stayed here for 4 weeks. We had a King Suite adjoining a suite with a bedroom having 2 Queen beds and a separate sitting room. There was ample storage and with 2 bathrooms and separate sinks, there were no frustrating queues in the morning! The furniture/layout was very functional and the décor as you’d expect was modern. The Wi-Fi worked, with no complaints. The facilities were excellent, particularly the over-sized and well-equipped gym. The kitchens were functional – we could and did cook rather than reheat food. Though, the abundance of restaurants within a 5 min walk was taken advantage on many occasions. An excellent Kroger store is a 1 min walk away. The restaurant served a hearty breakfast each morning. The hot food on offer changed each day (a nice touch for those people staying here for more than a week). It was always acceptable and often very good. The “socials” on Mon – Wed are an excellent idea for people staying here for more than a passing visit or on a repeat basis. Aside from the free drinks and often great food (especially the lasagna), it’s great to sit and talk to other people rather than being stuck in a bedroom after a day’s work. Ultimately, it’s the staff that can really make it. In that respect, the hotel is first class. We were truly welcomed each day and help provided whenever called for. So, a shout out for the team at front-desk for their good efficiency and patience, John for his eclectic conversation, Toni for simplifying an otherwise complex stay, Betty who kept us fed and watered in style in the restaurant, and Alantra, who did a great job in house-keeping in challenging times.…
Great experience! Our house had a pipe burst so we unexpectedly rushed to the hotel and forgot several toiletry items. Avagay was so kind and helped supply us with our forgotten items! Was amazing to finally relax after such a hectic time at the house. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!
As Hilton Honors members, we stay at many Hilton properties, and on this 10-day road trip, stayed at two Hampton Inns. This Homewood Suites truly was a cut above. As many others have noted, the rooms are nicely appointed, spacious, and clean. The beds are comfortable. There are shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower. The staff is very good, and breakfast is decent. After a day of driving from GA, it was wonderful to be able to decompress in such a nice environment. We would definitely return if we were in the area!
Easily accessible from I71 with food, theatre and health clubs nearby this is a great location. Thrown in a genuinely friendly staff, fantastic breakfast and dining area and a suite that better resembles a tastefully decorated and designed furnished apartment and you have it all here.
This was probably one of my family’s best hotel stays in recent memory. The people are work at the hotel were all wonderful. The hotel common areas and our room seemed immaculately clean. Complimentary breakfast and a small complimentary dinner service are offered. Our room had a kitchenette and there is a Kroger within walking distance, so we had the option to cook meals during our kitchenette. There also also many restaurants within a very walkable distance. The overall neighborhood seems up-and-coming.
I stayed at this hotel on 2 different occasions this fall for business. The hotel is immaculately maintained and cared for and it shows. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The fitness center is very well outfitted including a Peloton bike. The evening reception is offered Monday-Wednesday evenings and includes a light meal and complimentary beverages (soda, beer and wine). Great hot and cold breakfast offerings every day. There is a grocery store and many restaurants within walking distance of the property.
I will definitely stay here again. Kimberley at the front desk was attentive and it was very obvious that she cares about her customers. The room was immaculate. Also, it's next door to several restaurants. What more could you ask for? A+++++++
We enjoyed our stay very much, even though it was short. The room was great! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Staff was great too. Very helpful. Can’t wait to return when I come back to Cincinnati.
While the hotel is great (other than the breakfast which is absolutely horrible), and the location is superb, the front desk staff and the manager Erin, are terrible! They give you the "why are you bothering me face", there's no coming or going greeting, they are hardly ever at the front desk ready to greet the guest, extremely rude and unapologetic. You can get better customer service and guest experience from the local motel, and did I mention that Erin, the manager, is terrible. I would not pay her to watch my dog. The cleaning crew are actually nice and helpful, but the front desk, the first line of service, is the worst. Corporate should secretly shop this place because they are treating your loyal guests like crap, very concerning!
