This was my first trip as a person with disabilities. The hotel, and especially the head of housekeeping, Teresa, was very responsive to my needs. Teresa is everything you would want as the professional in charge of such an important part of a guest’s hotel experience. The hotel itself offered many comfortable places for our family to gather and visit with one another. We had come from all over the US for a wedding which was held at the hotel. The wedding was superb! It was also a time for siblings to reconnect in lovely surroundings where all age groups (7 years old to 80 plus) had spaces specifically designed for them. Wonderful staff, wonderfully comfortable rooms. Great robes, too. Thank you, Summit Hotel! You’re the best!

We had a wonderful stay at The Summit Hotel in Cincinnati. This was our first trip to Cincinnati and we took a girls trip for my birthday with the main point of interest being the zoo. The hotel was conveniently located to restaurants, shopping etc. When booking I spoke to Tim Hale. I mentioned that we were coming for my birthday. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast restaurant was VERY well appointed and a bargain at $20 per person for the buffet.
When we checked in and got to the room, Tim had left me a note and a birthday snack bag. What a NICE extra touch. I’d stay here again in the future.

Extremely welcoming hotel with a fresh modern look. The big screeen tv in each room makes a huge difference. There was not a tub, but the shower was very nice, and the room had every thing you would ever need including the extremely comfortable bed. The workout room was top notch, and the bar was very nice as well.

I am traveling with my son's travel baseball team. This was one of the most expensive hotels we have stayed at this summer and also the worst. We were excited to stay at the Summit after looking at the hotel online. However when we arrived, and was told of the lack of amenities, I was unpleasantly surprised. The rooms did not have a microwave, guest laundry facility, paid laundry service or a pool. I had a luxury double and the room was too small. The website stated that the room provided robes for the guest. The rooms DID NOT have robes and when asked about them, I was told they had to be requested. Two robes were made available for my use but the website said nothing about "upon request". Breakfast was included in the cost of our stay, however, the staff was never able to tell us where or when breakfast was being served. So at least two of the mornings the team wasn't able to eat because the location changed or the time changed with no notification or posting anywhere in the hotel. Due to Covid, I expected that the room would not be cleaned everyday but after the third day I requested a cleaning. All the cleaning service did was pick up the dirty towels and make the bed. They did not replace the towels, leave more toilet tissue (ran out of toilet tissue and had to request more twice before it was delivered), replace the used coffee cups or dirty glasses. I had to request fresh towels and was told they did not have any more wash towels. We had over 30 boys in the hotel with parents and coaches and staff was unable to accommodate our needs. The Overlook closed early or was unavailable due to private events in addition to being overpriced. I purchased a $18 cobb salad with salmon. It included a very small piece of salmon, I stalk of lettuce and some bacon bits. It did not have any eggs. I didn't have to send it back. When the waitress saw my face she immediately apologized and returned it to the kitchen. The parking garage was horribly designed. I have no idea who could have that that was a good idea. During our games when talking to other team members they asked where we were staying and once we told them the Summit they expired how nice it looked online and that it was a new hotel. We then had to share that it was not nice and was not worth a recommendation. Upon leaving while talking to another guest she informed us that her cost per night was over $300. There is no way the size of the rooms, the lack of amenities and the lack of access to eating on site supports a charge of $300 per night. Our teams come to Cincinnati every year to play ball. This will be the last time we stay at The Summit. I give this hotel two thumbs down.

There are many great features of this hotel. We upgraded to the corner suite which was spacious with a living room, bedroom, large bathroom and shower. We ate dinner here one night and the food and service were excellent. There is free parking in the garage with easy access to the hotel. Our check in was quick and smooth. The hotel itself is modern with some art pieces throughout. Breakfast was delicious but the restaurant/buffet was not equipped for the number of people. The omelette station wait was over 20 minutes. There was no water or juice available as they were empty and not refilled and I eventually went back to the room to get water. Although I had a voucher for breakfast, I tip on the regular price. Except finding a server to give me a ticket so I could provide my voucher and tip was impossible. I am confident there are people who ate without vouchers and just left as there was no check in/out process and breakfast was basically a free for all. The staff seemed stressed and over worked during breakfast. I saw one server for about 75 people.

Wonderful rooms (spacious and clean) and service (friendly and accommodating). I also love that they allow pets even though it was an additional $50. Each floor has interesting decor to see. Restaurant served interesting and good food. Breakfast is the best just make sure to buy vouchers at front desk before going to breakfast (cheaper that way).

We stayed at The Summit for just over 2 weeks. The beds were very good and the rooms were spacious with some niceties for travelers we appreciated, like some extra countertop space and a night light in the bathroom. While one of the staff did clean the room very well and got most of the corner debris left behind from the last several cleanings, there was still the matter that the corners were routinely missed. Also, the shower head and tile grout at the bottom of the shower was not very clean, especially for a newer hotel. The staff was friendly. There was no hot water for one day and no discount was offered, despite the inconvenience of not having any hot water that day. The breakfast buffet is rather expensive at $21, but the selection is quite nice and the items fresh and delicious. Their restaurant is also nice with good offerings. When busy, the service is a bit lacking.

I was at Dolce for 3 nights. Rooms are spacious, beds are good, bathrooms functional (shower could be improved). Hotel is modern; meeting rooms acoustics sometimes compromised (if you have a noisy party in the next room). Food is reasonable but not great. Reception is really prepared to help you, although the financial part of check out was a bit bumpy. It is located out of town, but they have a free shuttle for anything within 5 mile.

We live 5 minutes from the hotel and checked in at 10pm one evening when our heat stopped working at home and we had to get somewhere fast with our toddler. From the moment we arrived, they offered us true courtesy, upgrading us to a suite, giving us breakfast vouchers and allowing us to check in "flexibly" and add days as needed until our heat came on. Every hotel staff person we interacted with, from restaurant servers to sales staff en route to their offices, were incredibly friendly, even to our 15-month-old son, which is not always the case when you have a toddler in tow. In addition, the hotel was clean and comfortable, with good food! If you have to be displaced for a few days, this is a great place to do it. And if you're traveling to Cincinnati, this spot is a no-brainer.

Located just a few miles away from downtown Cincinnati, this hotel certainly had the wow factor. Fantastic rooftop bar area, great service, friendly front desk and an amazing modern room. To top it off, it was super clean. This contemporary state of the art hotel is also pup friendly! 🐶. Had a tasty blueberry mule cocktail at the bar - with fresh blueberries on the fourth floor, and there is a really cool art gallery on the first floor. Really enjoyed the omelette station in the morning for breakfast. If you are coming in from out of town, definitely plan on renting a car, there’s nowhere to walk to from this particular location, for dining or otherwise. But they do have a restaurant on site. Parking was free. The junior suite had windows from floor to ceiling and was super comfortable and spacious. The decor was on trend. I would definitely stay again when visiting Cincinnati, Ohio!

All of the rooms are 5 x star in my opinion. I am very picky about the sheet thread pillow softness, smell, floors, bathrooms. I was in shock about how nice this hotel is and I never heard about it. The food is amazing and the view is relaxing. I also used the gym and am quite picky when it comes to my fitness center in hotels. The hotel was quiet and my view was of the courtyard. You simply can not go wrong with this hotel.
