Sometimes a title is enough!! The place hasn't been maintained at all! Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves for not keeping a better watch on their smaller brands. The sink was falling off and the tub was rusted.
The most disgusting place I have ever TRIED to stay! No pillow cases, no sheets on one bed, no towels, mold all over shower curtain, rusted shower drain & shower head, vanity light blinking like a strobe light & rude front desk!! Stood at desk 15 minutes before being addressed. Went back to complain about accommodations & no one ever responded. Left after being in room for only 30 minutes!! Will be contacting management for refund! I should have listened to prior reviews.
The door unsecured, room dark only 1 dim light, dresser broken, refrigerator had mold, sink had dirt rings, the tub dirty and rusty, the phone dirt & didn't work, the bed was dirty and the mattress also, the room had a mold smell- see pictures.
Place needs someone to come clean it. Things I noticed in my room Rusted sink, dirty mattress, holes in wall, internet didn’t load, no bath towels provided, no soap at sink, mirror was broken, overall it was not clean.
never have i seen such a lack of ammenties in a Dais Inn. will not return to this property. there was no microwave, no fridge no couch, no desk. the breakfast consisted of nasty coffee and a muffin(which you had to get from the desk clerk.
Disgusting hotel with bed bugs. Pee stains on toilet seat and dirt in bath tub. Will never even think of recommending it to a anyone and make him go through the suffering. Checked out after 2 hours only.
We booked this Days Inn (Wyndham) hotel on line. The check in was easy, but the room was not good. Outdated (as in run down, broken furniture), no facial tissues in the rusted holder, and the carpeted floor had clearly not been vacuumed. The lack of cleanliness of the floor made me worry about the linens on the bed. The beds were comfortable, and we did have soap and one shampoo. There was only one towel. The pictures online showed a room with refrigerator and microwave, but our room had neither. At least we didn't see any bugs. Would not return nor recommend.
I thought Day's Inn would have some type of national standard for basic quality. I was wrong. This was more like a privately run, bare investment motel. If I was looking for a place to shoot a movie about staying in a cheap, used up, low quality motel room I would choose this location. I stayed in a non smoking room yet the beds had comforters filled with cigarette burn holes and an odor of basement mixed with old ash tray. The old fluorescent lights in the bathrooms flickered and sounded like they should be installed in a 1970's sanitarium. One did not even work. Fortunately I only needed a quick stop for a few hours rest at a cheap price. I almost did not even achieve my basic goal as the sounds of drunken arguments outside work me up twice.
The front desk experience was the worst. Jennifer argued about a CC policy that another person paying on the Wyndham website had to be present with an ID and CC in order for the person to check in. I live in Tennessee and was helping a friend get on his feet and find a place to stay by paying a week in advance so he would have shelter while searching the area’s apartments. She refused to honor the reservation and caused to go elsewhere The area also appears to be infested with hookers and drugs. Beware
Very dirty. No cups in room. No coffee pot in room as described on the web. No ice bucket in room. Extremely stinky room. No breakfast items as advertised. No juice in juice machines. No lids for coffee in the NON breakfast breakfast room. Overall score is zero. Do not stay here unless you like filth and stink.
