Friendly & helpful. Thanks Jamarr! So helpful but since u have to write 200 characters, i will also say Jamarr chase should be playing this week. Hopefully the bengals will also win & Jamarr has a great day.
The rooms have been updated since I stayed 3 years ago. Love the new shower heads. Nice that they save plastic by having soap, body wash and conditioner in large bottles instead of the small throw away ones. I had a bum knee so needed some extra help. The gentleman who checked me in helped get me a room by the elevator. Tanesha who works at front desk was extremely helpful in helping me extend checkout for another hour and checking my bags while I was at a conference. She was very attentive and helpful! Overall very nice stay and hope to be back soon! Thanks!
My wife and I had won a free night at the Westin a few years ago. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to return for a one night mini-vacation. From the time we arrived at 5:00 we were treated very generously and personally. We got a room on the 14th floor overlooking Fountain Square. It was clean and quiet. One of the nice things about the Westin is that it is connected to so many other buildings that you can walk safely and warmly around vacant shops and other historic hotels without getting cold. The sights of Cincinnati at night are beautiful. I am an early riser and drink a lot of coffee with creamer in the morning. We dropped by the front desk to ask for a bit more coffee and creamer. By the time we went up the elevator to our room, a generous container of creamers and extra coffee was outside our door. The view of the skaters on Fountain Square and the the cars from the enormous picture window so high up seemed like looking down on a miniature toy set. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the room was so quiet that only the loudest sounds penetrated. Sunrise in the city is a sight to behold from up there as the vacant streets slowly fill up. The bathroom was nicely appointed, very clean, with modern fixtures. We didn't have to wait but a couple of seconds for the hot water. We received a coupon for a complimentary breakfast at Ingredients, just down the escalator from the front desk. Even though there was a long line of people, the chef worked four induction stoves, a brick oven, and a panini press like a conductor at an orchestra. He took each person's order patiently and politely, quickly making omelets, paninis and other orders. We also got a juice and milk, which would have put us over the value of the breakfast coupon, but the cashier waved away my wife's money with a smile. We took a tour of Rookwood Pottery and went home. We have decided to make this a yearly thing. It was only one night and exactly twenty four hours when we returned home, but it seemed like a delightful vacation. This hotel is so nice in its own right, but where it is located, and the graciousness of the entire staff makes this a winner for us.…
This hotel offered the most friendly service I have ever experienced. The rooms were very clean and offered everything you could possibly need for your stay The bed was the most comfortable, EVER! We had one question about our TV and someone was in our room within 10 minutes Can’t wait to return.
I had two unpleasant experiences during a four night business stay. The level of cleanliness could be improved. The exhaust vent on the wall of the bathroom was full of dust balls and the vent screen on the heating/air conditioning unit was coated with black mildew. Most travelers might not notice this, but this is the air we breathe in the hotel room. The staff member at the front desk became quite rude at check out when I asked to contact the manager about the cleanliness issue.
Enjoyed our stay here at the Westin. Front desk staff was very nice and resourceful. Check in was a breeze. The staff at the Ingredients restaurant on the 1st floor rock. Ms. Tina and the gentleman behind the bar were very busy yet they accommodated our families needs. Very appreciative!
Rather lame hotel and location. Nice room, but elevators stopped working twice, and gym was cold like a fridge (heat not working). In a rather dead location in the city, one of those 1980s downtown areas that is empty in weekends and after 5 weekdays.
I has troubles at the airport that ended up cancelling my flight. I was headed back to downtown and Jamar was a understanding agent who took care of me, was looking for options that fit my need in a very flexible manner. I appreciate your help Jamar!
Westin was a great stay. Good people and the breakfast I had amazing. Service was polite and nice thank you to Darrell Frazier and Tina Summer. They were great. Nice accommodations, very clean. Would stay again.
Check-in was effortless and the front desk answered all of my questions including dinner suggestions. Breakfast at the cafe was great (food was hot and had really good service) - Tina Summers at the counter was very helpful.
