I work at a Marriott hotel as the Housekeeping Manager. The place was very clean!!! quiet. I was there for my son's wedding. Love the location. The front desk employees, were great! very friendly. I wrote there names down, but lost the paper. I stayed over Halloween weekend. The only draw back for me was my phone kept dropping phone calls. I can't blame hotel it is just one of those things. I will go back when I go back to see my son.
We used this hotel because our kiddo needed to use the hospital near here and we are out of state. The hotel is nice. Beautiful lobby, friendly staff, and a up to date clean room. It appears to be a fairly new building. We didn't get the breakfast because the COVID, but i know they offer one. Lots of great restaurants and stuff to do in the area. I just have a few complaints, which are very minor. You have to pay to park in a parking garage. It's at least $10 a night, this depending which garage you used. It is a small hike also. The area is very noisy. It sounds like a drag race each with a crappy sound system THROUGHOUT the night. It's not something i would come back too. But if you are looking to have a good night on the town, I'd definitely recommend this place.…
Stayed for 3 nights visiting my niece who is attending UC. Location is perfect, close to campus and many restaurants, bars and a Target within walking distance. Room was very clean and hotel employees followed all the recommended safety protocols. Breakfast had a limited selection, fitness center open but pool closed. Parking is extra ($10-$12 per day) and is in an adjacent parking garage. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful but I want to recognize Veronica, at the front desk, who went above and beyond during our stay!
Best location to visit campus! The hotel was very clean and the employees were very friendly. Big shout out to Antionette and Taynia at the front desk. My family had some complications on our check out day. These ladies were able to be flexible and offered suggestions ensuring our departure day/time was a success. Thank you!
Couldn’t find my reservation when I checked in. Spelled my name, gave my ID, and finally had to show the confirmation on my phone. Finally. Reception was kinda curt, but they did help us back in the building later when our hands were full. But the room...during COVID. Was hoping Marriott corporate assurances for sanitation were real, but...finding others’ hair in our shower makes us reconsider how much attention was paid to housekeeping. On top of that, hotel is apparently on a Main Street where people race motorcycles, and the walls are paper thin. Pretty sure no sleep will be had tonight. Should have stayed downtown.
Great location, beautiful hotel, everything was perfect. Uber from the airport, lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Felt very safe. Room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect with healthy options. Walking distance to campus.
Stayed 1/17-1/18 for visit to UC-CCM. Literally one block from college. Cute and safe college area with lots of food choices. Hotel is shiny new. Beautiful lobby and public spaces. Decent breakfast. Room was very clean. Huge bright bathroom with a big shower. Comfy beds with quality linens. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will absolutely stay again if ever in the area. My only complaint would be the noise. It did not keep us from sleeping, but the hotel is on a busy street next to a huge college. Friday night in a college town can get noisy with students coming and going and traffic. Our room was on the side of the building next to the road. Again, although we heard the sounds outside, it did not ruin our experience. Great stay !!
The hotel is nestled in some shops and restaurants. Everything including a target is within walking distance. Parking isn’t free but not horrible at 7 over night I think if you don’t want in and out privileges. Just pay the kiosks. Breakfast was 6-9. The business area was nice. My room was clean and well appointed. I would like to visit for a few days. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful.
The hotel was Super clean, the staff was always happy and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel you won't be disappointed. Free breakfast was a plus. Great Italian place across the street as well.
Did not appreciate arriving from airport at 11 pm and being told that a "glitch" in their system meant that they had given my room to someone else. They tried to fix the situation by booking me into a different hotel (in a completely different location), which I appreciated. But guess what? Turns out they only booked me into that other hotel for one night, even though my reservation was for two nights. They were expecting me to come back to their hotel the second night. AND they never mentioned this when they sent me to the other hotel. So guess what happened around 10:30 pm on my second night in Cincinnati? I WAS ONCE AGAIN TOLD I DIDN'T HAVE A HOTEL ROOM.
