A well kept up older motel with nice grounds. The people that run the place are very friendly. The rooms are small but comfortable and for the most part clean. I'm a light sleeper and I was very pleasantly surprised on how quite the rooms were. I received a great contractor rate lower than any rate I have seen for...

The Colonial Motel is a quaint motel that will take you back to a time of great motels on the road before the Motel 6 explosions. It is clean and comfortable with a nice flower garden and yard to sit and visit. A small fountain adds to the experience. The rooms are clean and roomier than expected. Ours has a...

Just a couple of blocks off Interstate 12, the accessibility is excellent. However, it is still is a quiet location. A few restaurants and amenities within walking distance. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I stopped on the way to Oregon and liked it so much I stayed again on my way back.

I wanted a cheap, clean place to spend a night on my way to Portland. This was very affordable and had very good reviews. The person who checked me in was very nice. However, it wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The light in the bathroom was filled with dead bugs. The reclining chair in the room had...

Nothing special but everything was adequate. The bed lacked a headboard which gave the room a bare bones look but it was relatively comfortable. This is an older establishment and the bathroom reminded me of motels we stayed at when I was a kid (I'm old). The room I stayed in had a queen-sized bed which took up the majority...

Carole the owner is lovely and helped us when we arrived. Motel gets 5 stars for cleanliness. The motel has been updated slightly, with newer fixtures in the bathroom, however carpet was dirty and room smelled musty. AC unit was probably 30 years old and very loud which made it hard to sleep.

Stayed at the Colonial Motel while on business in Walla Walla. Great family-owned motel (forty years by the same family!), quiet park-like setting, with comfy beds, fast wifi, and large-screen TVs. The rate was great, and I'll return again when back in the area. Close to several restaurants....highly recommend the La Ramada for fab authentic mexican food!

Loved our corner room. Not cookie-cutter like many newer motels. Made good use of the small fridge and microwave. Nice bathroom with a powerful water spray. Lovely garden with a pond where we sat and read and also ate a meal. Even though the motel is next to an arterial, it is surprisingly quiet. Great owners and very accommodating.

I trusted the good reviews for this property and boy, were they right on! We were warmly welcomed by John, his wife and daughter. We were there for wine tasting and John was a wealth of information. The walls of the room were knotty pine, to the delight of my husband. Fridge, microwave, TV, coffee maker, wi-fi. Comfy bed, clean...

This property should be the standard for all family run motels! What a delightful place! Everything is well thought out - beautiful grounds - fridge, microwave - plenty of room - neat and clean! The owners are extremely helpful too - gave us a great recommendation for breakfast. I knew this was not your typical motel when we pulled in...
