The room was very clean and felt germ-free. Good breakfast with great service. Very good mansion to visit. You will enjoy the after-breakfast tour. The property is well furnitured. The mansion has a history.

The mansion and the staff far exceeded my expectations. The superb icing on the cake is david. He welcomed us, showed us our room and answered all our questions. The tour he gives all quests is magnificent. He loves what he does and it shows....More
Staff was welcoming,room comfortable. Breakfast was quirky but filling. The mansion tour by David was top notch. Definitely recommend a stay if you are planning a trip to Vicksburg. The battlefield park was great would like to have had more hiking trails available there.

They will make sure you aren’t hungry and it will be served in an elegant dining room with fine china, silver, and linens. The menu varies , but includes fresh fruit, cereal, an egg dish or waffles/French toast) and breakfast meat (sausage or bacon). If you want something in particular, they will try to make it for you.
By the way, rooms are provided with free bottled water and soda (each floor has a refrigerator and small kitchen).
