This last trip we took was the first big trip with my toddler and my husband, so I thought it wise to pay a little more for a 'nicer' hotel so that we would be taken care of. No fuss no muss. However, for over $2000.00USD for a week's stay; there were no bathrobes provided, no bath slippers. Internet was...

We visited Oahu for only two days -- just long enough to visit Pearl Harbor. Our trips to Maui and Kauai were our real tropical retreat destinations. We were pleased with our stay at the Sheraton Waikiki. The first thing that struck us was the open lobby/first floor. There were no doors and the wind whirled through, not a bad...

We enjoyed staying at the Sheraton Waikiki. The ocean front infinity pool was our favorite part of the hotel. Our room had a partial city ocean view, comfortable bed, clean and a nice bathroom. The only thing I did not like was the lack of comfortable seating in the room and on the lanai. The chairs they provided are very...

The Sheraton Waikiki is definitely one of the best hotels in Waikiki. The pool is amazing, make sure you hire the cabana for the day, guranteed a poolside spot, some shade and regular drink service! We stayed during the unfortunate Tsunami Warning and the staff were extremely helpful and answered every single one of our questions. The Bar's and restaurants...

This hotel is a great location, but we won't stay here again. We stayed here from 12/24/12 through 1/3/13 The rooms have small beds that need to be replaced and the bathrooms need to be updated It is also very loud in the rooms, I could hear the neighbor hanging things in the closet The rooms are also smaller than...

Curently staying here and wanted to provide feedback on the below average service, apart from a few staff members who have been excellent. Staff are argumentative and unhelpful to the point of frustration. We upgraded our room to a club room, but don't bother doing this as the Club Lounge breakfast and cocktail hour is hardly worth it. Would not...

On a whim, we decided to extend our Hawaii vacation an additional two nights and relocated to the Sheraton Waikiki. Upgraded to the SPG floor for our two rooms located right next to the SPG club lounge on level 30. Good thing? Nope.. it was bad, you hear EVERYONE going in and out of that place, even more because the...

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of a girls shopping holiday. The good: the pool must be the best on the beach; the resort is one of 3 connected beach front resorts so there are plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes to visit; and the location is literally in the middle of the action and the buffet breakfast...

What can I say? The Sheraton Waikiki is a gorgeous hotel in the middle of a seemingly chaotic city. Our room was surprisingly large and immaculately kept. The only downside is the smaller pool area for the children. It is a small pool for such a large hotel, but I understand that there may not be enough beachfront property to...

we were 9 nights at the hotel just this past October '12, at first arriving you are impressed, its a lovely huge hotel right on the beach, just lovely and the hotel foyer is large with good shops and new decor. BUT arriving on the landing of your floor, the elation drops, its like you have stepped back into the...
