Bitter taste at the end of our stay because of theft in our room by staff (I assume). Items were not in full view but in the freezer. Excuses given by housekeeping but circumstances do not match report.More

My total came out to just under $700 and the guy at the front desk said "ok so your 3 night stay and $100 safety deposit and $20 parking pass comes out to $6?? Altogether" (I lost my receipt) So anyways i waited and kept checking my card to see if they returned my safety deposit after checking out but never got it back. After the 2nd day of waiting i called and was told that sometimes it takes a day or two and the longest will be at least a week. After the week passed i called them back and was told they had never charged me for the safety deposit or parking pass, so i asked "so how i able to stay there without paying the safety deposit ?" and the woman said the payment for the deposit did not go through from the card, so i said "oh but it managed to take the room total for 3 nights?" Even though carlos said "total all together" and i swiped my card only once. I wish i didnt lose me receipt but im never going back to this corrupt place again.
