The hotel is pleasant enough but does need updating in parts. We travelled from the UK after staying in San Fran for a few days then going onto Vegas. We travelled to Hawaii to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and to renew our vows and also to celebrate my 50th birthday and stayed for 11 nights. When we arrived they...

Yet another outstanding stay. Arrived early greeted by Raymond . Went up to check in we were welcomed back by Brian. Our room wasn't ready but he let us know as soon as it was not very long. We always have the same room and it was clean and well stocked as usual. Shao the housekeeper from our floor welcomed...

On a last minute decision to make our schedule easy, we decided to stay in Waikiki, We are a family that's very busy with sports so with my son's prom & the locations we had to be at, we were looking for something rather inexpensive but decent. We came across this hotel & was amazed with the kama'aina rate. Mind...

We stayed here a week on our first visit to Oahu. Conveniently located in the heart of Waikiki and within walking distance of anything you could want or bus distance of anything else. The hotel is older as are all in Waikiki but somewhat updated and is clean. Very helpful housekeeping staff and front desk check in was pleasant. Parking...

This was my third stay at this hotel and the reason is because it is so centrally located. The Staff are friendly and very helpful to help you make the most of your stay. The rooms are clean and you have wifi, refrigerator, some rooms have kitchenettes. They provide towels for your use either at the pool or the beach....

Our third stay because it feels like home. There's nothing outstanding that jumps out at you about the physical building and rooms, therefore, it feels like home. The lobby is small and comfortable, with easy access to the front desk. You are greeted by the staff and checked in very quickly. The rooms are also modest and comfortable containing everything...

My second stay at the Ohana East as the location can’t be beaten. It’s only one block from Waikiki Beach and fabulous shopping and restaurants. There are two ABC shops close by for groceries and souvenirs. The hotel is starting to look quite dated now and the lifts require a complete overhaul as there was always one out of order...

Stayed at Ohana Waikiki Wast hotel the night before the Hapalua Half Marathon. We got a discount for being part of the race. I booked an economy room because it was inexpensive. At checkin, we were upgraded to a better room since we were just staying one night! We got a room on the 17th floor. GREAT view! The hotel...

Currently writing this from room 810, on night #2 of a 6 night Spring Break family vacation. As others have said, this is a basic, no-frills hotel but that doesn't mean it's a bad place. We could just as easily booked a room at the Hilton Hawaiian Village or the Halekulani but as frequent visitors to Hawaii we decided it...

My husband and sister accompanied me to Hawaii earlier this month. Temperatures and tradewinds were absolutely perfect. Comfortable day and night. The Hotel Staff greeted fondly and actually saved us money before we actually got to our home. Their advice about our excursions for the next few days. The rooms were clean and quiet. We were walking distance from Waikiki...
