The hotel is a couple blocks from the beach and very close to many eateries. It's very quiet. The hotel staff is very accommodating. This stay was very nice. I strongly recommend this hotel for your next day at Waikiki.

Location and price were the criteria. You can walk everywhere around Waikiki from this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and they serve a free breakfast that is very good. However, the city view looked right into the run down apt complex across the alley. Valet parking was recommended at $30 a night plus tips.

We came to Hawaii with last-minute intention to enjoy our last bits of summer. It was a real struggle to find hotels with affordable prices online. Luckily, I was able to book a room for 5 days, 4 nights and it was ocean view. I called the hotel a few times before we check in just to make sure, and...

We stayed here for 60 days-with our 3 pets. That is quite a long time to stay in a hotel. We did learn some tricks during our stay. Signing up for the monthly parking plan at the Banyan (only $180 per month) instead of $25 a night was one of them. You must go during their office hours (they're open...

Good hotel to stay and easy commute to all the places and very near to the beaches. The only problem if you have a car you need to pay for the parking in the hotel which is weird.. For a customer it is better to make the parking free. Other than that I recommend this hotel

Dear Venkatesh Marel... J, Thank you for sharing your review of Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach. We're happy to hear that our excellent location made exploring the local area dining, shopping, and attractions a breeze. We do charge a fee for parking, similar to the other local hotels, as parking can be a challenge in the Waikiki Beach area. We hope...

Customer service was very disappointing. Just average. I messaged the hotel through Facebook before my honeymoon but no one replied to my message even though it had been read. Customer service was average - nothing extra was done for my honeymoon, and nothing extra was done for check in. For a hotel chain like Hyatt I expected better customer service...

This was my husband's and my both first visit to Hawaii and were hesitant about staying on Waikiki, due to family/friend recommendations about the tourist hot-spot, crowds, etc. I chose this hotel on ratings and reviews and did not regret it one bit. We spent some time at Waikiki, but had a car and traveled around the island. The hotel...
