It has been a week since we left Honolulu and I am still in shock about The Big Surf. This hotel should be ashamed for advertising its rooms. Our hotel room was deplorable. The carpet, bedding, and sofa were permanently stained with who knows what?!! I was convinced that if I sat on any of the above, that I would...

Please save yourself the bad memory of seeing this hotel room. My wife and I were severely taken aback to see such disgust in Hawaii!! We did not even stay in this room once we saw the couch, bed, carpet, etc.... all furnished from a new york alley!! This room looks like something from an inner city crack house!! This...

When we first arrived outside the Big Surf, we thought it was a good location just outside the hustle and bustle of touristy Waikiki, but maybe a bit on the shabby side - it was cheap after all. But when we got to our room, we realised that it was a great deal on the shabby side ! The `suite`...

Do not stay here unless you like staying in a crack house atmosphere. I went to Hawaii for a work convention, so I did not book the room, a fellow co-worker did. He booked 4 rooms. One of the men in our group refused to stay there because he was afraid to. The rooms are non-refundable, the rest of us...

As long as you dont mind Crack Pipes in your sheets, then knock yourself out. The ONLY nice thing about this place was the view, for the price we paid. I feel so bad for giving such an aweful review, but then again I want to spare you a horrable vacation. We didnt even have a phone in our room,...

The Big Surf was nothing like the pictures posted online. We were greeted by excessive garbage piled in the garage/parking area. As I aproached the office to register, the smell of urine was awful. There were several times that people without access keys were waiting outside the locked elevator access gate trying to gain entry as I went in or out....
