Celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Waikiki before heading on to Maui. Great place to stay, accessible to the beach and shopping. Next to the Zoo and away from the busy section of the Beach so it was nice. The continental breakfast was just enough and they gave you thermal bags to put food in if you were traveling from...

Either way, we found this to be a good value for what we received. Primarily like the garishly decorated room that was an eye burning bright red. This was the ocean front suite (or jr. suite, I can't remember) that looked exactly as portrayed on the website and even slightly roomier. We had a pretty nice ocean view and lots...

Aloha and thank you for staying with us and for your review. I am glad you enjoyed your room and view. Currently we are reviewing ideas with management regarding our next renovation and perhaps the decoration will be updated to meet more contemporary designs. The pictures on our website depict an accurate representation of the décor in our rooms. We...

We were very impressed by this hotel. The staff was always willing to help with any questions or requests. A breakfast was complimentary every morning. The hotel even provided a thermal bag to pack your own breakfast and head for the beach which was right across from the hotel. Would stay there again without question.

We stayed here for 2 nights during our honeymoon. We loved the location and that it was right across the street from the beach. It was a little noisy at times but really that is my only beef with this place. We loved that it had a bar that served cheap (at lease for Hawaii) drinks early afternoon and late...

The hotel looks amazing online - which is why we booked, but the king size room was too small for a 2 week stay, The buffet breakfast is a great idea - but not something that appealed to us (que of folk stuffing ice cooler bags to the brim). Room was kept clean. Bar was nice, music was fab at...

Aloha and thank you for your review. I am glad you were happy with most of the aspects of your stay with us. However, I am sorry that you found your room to be too small for a two week stay. The GOOD:Great view of beach, ocean and sunset (had beach-facing room). Nice on-location restaurant (Tiki Lounge), comfortable beds, prompt maid service (called for towels a couple of times over 3 day stay), clean, free breakfast. The breakfast is served poolside and each occupant get one pass through the line. Pastries, muffins, cereal, fruit, miso soup, coffee, milk, and more are...

Aloha and thank you for reviewing our property. I am glad you were happy with most parts of your stay such as the location of our property and friendly and prompt housekeeping. The Good: The location of this hotel is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice having free movies. The Bad: The glass door leading to the lanai (not big enough for a chair or table) didn't slide smoothly making it difficult to open and the door rattled with the wind. The sheer curtains wouldn't slide open...

The hotel appeared much prominent than we expected it to be. Located in an accessible location to the beach with pleasent rooms. This hotel was incredibly filthy. I have stayed in some pretty dirty places but never for $165 a night. Staff was nice but that doesn’t...
