Bathroom plumbing leaks, Fix attempted but not completed. We booked through Outrigger Condos.com. We had access to pool, beach towels and gym at the Outrigger Reef nextdoor. Our studio room was on 8th floor with excellent ocean/beach/park views. Staff cleaned room and made sure we had supply of soaps, towels etc. daily. Outrigger Reef allowed us to store and have...

We stayed here (Waikiki Shores-Outrigger) for a week and have nothing but great things to say about it. Wonderful location .... right on the beach. Very quiet. Fabulous views. To our surprise, when we arrived we were told that we were upgraded from an oceanview to an oceanfront condo and the views were breathtaking. Lots of space to sit out...

Stayed at a 14th floor condo with our family (two small children). You can't beat the location - it is right on the beach (a rarity in Waikiki), but the building is a bit outdated, as is much of Waikiki. You wouldn't notice except for the fact that there is a brand spankin new and shiny Trump tower right next...

My wife and I spent our honeymoon, (9 nights) at the Castle Shore Waikiki and we could not have been happier with our decision! About a week before we went to Hawaii, I called the hotel to make a few requests. Mark, on duty at the front desk, was a bit eccentric on the phone, but very happy to accomidate....

The best thing about this Condo hotel is the location, right on the beach, and along side Ft. Derussy Park. It's very quiet -- no street noise -- and has great views of the park and ocean. Some of the units face the ocean directly, but my unit faced the park, though I still had a nice view of the...

We stayed over Thanksgiving and had a great time. The Outrigger condo was good sized, had all the conveniences of home, and a great lanai. We could access the beach in just moments and it was so close to all amenities and places to eat and shop. We didn't rent a car, just walked everywhere and it was great. The...

Plusses: - Super-pleasant front desk and maintenance people - Great location (on the beach, and near bus stops) - Our large studio (about double the width of a hotel room) accomodated the two of us and some occasional dinner time guests - Because we booked through Outrigger, we had access to the adjacent hotel's pool, fitness center, bell desk, etc....

The negatives of the Castle Waikiki Shore are numerous. First, we booked a one-bedroom, only to find out that unless you book a two-bedroom, there really isn't a separate bedroom. Even the two bedroom only has one separate bedroom. Rather, there is a partially enclosed area in each condo that has a partition divider so it can be closed off...

We rented a 1 bedroom condo at Waikiki Shore through the Outrigger condo's. The units in the building are owned by individual owners, and the unit we were given was a beautiful newly renovated 1 bedroom. We had a view of the ocean that was unbelievable. It was a wonderful relaxing vacation with everything just out outside our door. We...

Our family has just returned from a most enjoyable 14 night holiday in Hawaii, staying at Trieu Wilsons 2 bedroom apartment at the Waikiki Shore. The Condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked with kitchen utensils, and the applicances were very up to date. Bed and bath linens were in plentiful supply, and it...
