If you like no frills Hotel than Castle Waikiki Shore is for you, there is no swimming pool at this hotel or restaurants ....We were on the 3rd floor and had a beautiful view, the view was part ocean and part of the park. the outdoor lanai was nice to sit outside with the table and 2 chairs. The room...

If you like no-frills not-your-pampered 5-stars hotels, but right on the beach, with the convenience of cooking yourself or reheating left-overs, this is the place to stay at. The staff is most friendly and helpful (except one, so let's not let this one spoil it for all the other nice people who work there). Ever since we discovered this gem...

I believe these rooms are privately owned, managed by the hotel so each of the 3 I have seen were drastically different. You cannot beat the views here, they are simply amazing. I stayed in a 'One bedroom' that had a sort of partition wall you could close to make the sleeping area private, but we left it open. This...

There are times when you just want to relax and this is the place. We had an oceanfront view, a mountain view, a city view, all in one unit, who could ask for more. It was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. We chose a condo/apt because we don't like to eat out...

Stayed there 7 nights and mixed reviews about this place. THE ROOM: *We were on the 7th floor, studio, our view was half water and half city, which was pretty, no complaints at all there. *The room itself was quite outdated. Was disapointed there. Finishings comparable to a 2 star hotel. We had a "king" size bed which was two...

Great location but the problem is the noise from the Outrigger Hotel laundry and catering staff using trolleys along a narrow outdoor corridor that echoed between the buildings and the staff spoke and yelled very loudly all day and through the night. We had to move the bed into the lounge to get some relief from the noise and bought...

Overall it was a beautiful stay the people at the front desk are very nice and helpful. The cleaning service left a little to be desired... we where there and they changed the sheets 1 time and never wiped anything down. I had to buy a spray and wipe down myself. I swept and vacuumed... they just took trash and...

Ignore the bad reviews you may have read about this hotel/condo. I, too, was worried about the negative comments at first; however, I am so glad I stayed at the Castle Waikiki Shore. The staff was courteous and helpful. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 14th floor. What a nice suprise when we opened...

We just recently returned from Honolulu, Hawaii and stayed as part of a package deal with Expedia. The hotel, Castle Waikiki Shores, was part of the package deal. We were told we would have a 2-bedroom suite with one bathroom. We ended up with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was on the 14th floor with a beautiful view. The...

My family and I have stayed at Waikiki Shores a couple of times before, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. You can't find a better location anywhere, and the rooms are large, and airy bright and nice. It's true that some of the garden view rooms are darker and not as bright because of the palm trees, but even then,...
