This hotel was an amazing place for me and my family. It was big, the beds were very comfortable, the cleaners were amazing and we really enjoyed hanging out at all the pools around the area. However, I hated the fact that we weren’t allowed to spend time with each other at the pool because of a stupid con-francs. The were way to loud and they took over most of the place. They also had the pool for themselves in the morning. I don’t care how much they’ve paid to be here. There are other people here trying to enjoy their holiday who have paid a lot to be here too. I am highly disappointed that there was no respect for people staying at this hotel during the night of the con-francs. It isn’t fair! All this hotel needs is a small amount of kindness and respect for their guests.

Family stayed here for 6 nights in late June of this year. First, great location on Waikiki area and closed to everything (restaurants, 5-10 min walk to beach, next door to Long Drugs/ABC store which had everything you need). Awesome staffs from parking attendants, front desk and house keeping. Our room was on the 14th flr looking towards the city and Ritz Carlton. Our studio room was very spacious and roomy with full service kitchen (minus stove but microwave). The bedroom had dual sliding doors to living room, the bathroom was very very big!!! Oh, love the little TV built into the mirror, water coming down from ceiling for the tub, good size walk in shower, plus the bidet toilet in separate area w/ a sliding door. Room also had a balcony. Both living room and bedroom had 50-60" TV and pull out sofa bed couch. Didn't utilize the rooftop area. Only once for a cocktail hour. Highly recommend this hotel!…

I have traveled all over the world and this hotel has the best customer service. The best of the best! The best friendly and conscientious management and design of the hotel and hotel rooms are designed with common sense. It is beautiful and has has everything you need to function well. It is organized, clean, and modern. The location in Waikiki is very convenient to everything. I would definitely want to have this opportunity again!

It was our first time to visit the Hokulani and we had the most amazing vacation. Unable to visit during Covid we had never been able to use our timeshare so we finally made plans to visit for New Years. The location is outstanding. We loved being in the heart of Waikiki walking distance to absolutely everything. I had read online reviews about the staff and everything I read was true. Every single person I had contact with was so friendly and helpful and just made out stay that much more comfortable. Not enough can be said about the amazing customer service at the Hokulani. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed to eat some simple meals in the room which was very convenient. The laundry on each floor was also a great help and never crowded so super easy to utilize. The rooftop pool was also wonderful. We loved the cabanas for getting out of the sun and never had a problem getting access to them. The pool is not large but perfect for cooling off. In the evening the pool is lit up and very pretty. We enjoyed having James at the bar make us cocktails and we often ordered food from the restaurant nearby that you can either have food delivered or go pick up. Plenty of pool towels, always chairs available and everything was always spotless. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Hokulani. We cant wait to go back!!…

My husband booked this hotel for us celebrate my 50th birthday in Oahu. It was an amazing trip. Our stay at the hotel was awesome. The entire staff had great customer service 😍(receptionist, housekeeping, onsite restaurant) everything. The suite we were in was very spacious and had everything we needed (kitchenette, separate extra large stand up shower and tub, double sink vanity and separate closet for me and my husband and the toilet was in a separate room. Also, on each floor was a complimentary washer and dryer. The best part of this hotel is the location. Everything was literally at our fingertip ( shopping ,restaurants ,beach and other historical spots. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Weekend stay-cation celebration. We truly enjoy staying here, the Hokulani team always provides a warm welcome and genuine Aloha. Their Christmas decorations were up and added to the holiday spirit we always feel when staying here. Great customer service again from Zachary, Yoko, Keahi, James, Brandus, Cam, Cassel, Brian, Gee, and Paul. We stay here several times each year, and are looking forward to our next visit!

Valet! was great—and they should be!!! Especially if they are the first staff you meet when you get to the hotel. And the gentleman who was in the lobby serving up refreshments, he was really kind — just don’t know his name (December 11 around 10 AM). BTW: I always enjoy my stays at Hilton Hotels — they would have to muck up really bad for me to give them a bad rating—I’m just saying!!

Suites are very nice. Nice finishes, sliding doors, heated toilets and bidets. Balcony only accommodates two chairs, but there is a nice City view. Rooftop pool is about three feet deep, but rooftop hot tub and view are great. Walking distance to beach and many great restaurants. We were there for the Pearl Harbor parade, which we watched from the street and our balcony.

Great location, great rooms and great price. I love this place. Its very difficult to find a place in middle of Waikiki that is convenient yet big enough room/separation for big families like mine. Also I loved that we had washing machine and dryer on every floor. We never had to wait for anybody. Very quiet hotel so we didn't have to wait for anything. Staff here are not great but I didn't have to interact with them that much so it didn't bother me.

I can't say enough about this property. From the moment you walk in, the staff can't seem to do enough for you. When you enter your room you realize you hit the jackpot!!! The furnishings were five star. The property is in a great location close to the beach, dining, shopping and the "Hub" of Waikiki. Everything was five star!!!!
