First Time to Waikiki. The Hyatt is a beautiful property. The staff is great. Had a room on the 36th floor and the views were amazing. The 2 restaurants were very good. The 2 knocks are very very over priced for everything, but I understand its a tourist location and the key cards for the rooms are very bad. If...

Had a nice stay at the Hyatt in Waikiki. Rooms are large (as compared to other properties around Waikiki) with furnished balconies. The view of Waikiki is very nice. Stayed on Memorial Day weekend and the place was jammed. Despite some longer than usual front desk waits, everything else seemed pretty on par with expectations (valet, pool service, etc). The...

After a week on Maui, we thought we would spend a night in Honolulu, see Pearl Harbor, etc. before our overnight flight back to the mainland. I guess I thought Waikiki would be touristy, but it turned out to be more like Las Vegas with a beach (without the gambling). The Hyatt is a extremely high volume property that caters...

Aloha, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We value all comments and have shared your check-in and check-out experiences with our front desk supervisor for additional review. Honolulu is the state capitol and Oahu itself is known as the Gathering Place. It truly is a global destination and is not like the other islands. All the...

Lovely open spacious hotel, gorgeous parrots in the lobby. Right I. The middle of shopping, good restaurants and across the street from the beach. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was fairly ordinary but the waiting staff were fabulous. Lovely pool area and on site restaurants. We will stay there again next Easter but we would like rooms that...

Stayed at the property for 20 nights while on a business trip. All of the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Rooms are large by Hawaii standards, and the entire property was very clean and well maintained. Only issue is with the noise from the hallways, and this is a design issue with the hotel...

We last stayed at this hotel last year in August 2013 for our anniversary/ family vacation. The location is perfect. Right near the beach which is across the street, close to cheaper restaurants. Especially hole in the wall ones for all you bargain hunters. And there are 2 rental car places in the hotel. Having the rent a cars in...

We stayed 5 nights in an ocean view room on the 21st floor. The view was amazing and the room very spacious. Staff were obliging at all times.
