This hotel is right across the beach and lots of dining options right nearby. New rooms were remodeled and looked really nice. Very spacious too. Crib for my child was a bit small. Pool was also quite small. We didn't use it because it felt...More
Very friendly staff, excellent room, we loved that we controlled the air conditioning to the temperature we wanted. We signed up for the buffet breakfast package to be included, and even when there was a long line, they were able to get us in for...More

This is a big hotel, with a friendly staff, and beautiful grounds. Since it is partly a shopping center, and located on the main street facing Waikiki beach; it can also get very busy with many people on the ground level. Despite this, the actual...More
The best location. It is in front of Waikiki beach, and form hotel lobby you can see Juke's statue.
From Breakfast restaurant, we could enjoy beach view. Papaya fruit was very good there.
Hotel staff service is excellent. We stayed 5nights, but we had to...More
The location of the hotel is very convenient and pretty central. Waikiki beach is located right across the street. There's a great farmer's market located on the hotel grounds every Thursday which has a great selection of fruits, sweets, and handcrafted items from the locals....More

I am glad that you had such a great vacation. Many of our guests, local residents, associates and even myself love to shop at the Farmers Market. We all find it to be convenient and the selections are pretty amazing. I am sorry...More

All I can say is that you will have a FANTASTIC time on Oahu. Make sure you spend the day at the Kualoa Ranch and do some of the tours there. We did the ATV Tour (terrific fun), the Jungle Tour and the Movie Tour. Great day. Also recommended is the Circle Island Snorkel Tour around Oahu. Great tour and stops at heaps of places, also Turtle Beach to swim with the turtles. Included Diamond Head, Blow Hole, Makapu'u, Secret Beach, Tropical Farms, Chinaman's Hat, Sunset Beach, Turtle Town and the Dole Plantation.
For shopping, I wouldn't go past Ross Dress for Less. Beats going to the outlet stores. For example, there was a suitcase (yes, an extra one) we were looking at the outlet stores and it was $150. At Ross, it was $50.
Another do not miss is having a Hula Pie at Duke's. Fantastic. Just Google it and you will see what I mean. Serves two and cost us $10 US. Fantastic. So yum that we went back again the day before we left.
We also found that Burger King did great hamburgers and leave Maccas for dead.
The trolley buses are terrific. And Pearl Harbour is unforgettable.
We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki. Below was an Asian restaurant which was terrific. Another recommendation would be Charlie's Steakhouse. Also The Cheesecake Factory. But would recommend going at night as during the lunch hours, the queue was a mile long to get in there.
All in all, Waikiki was fabulous and we would not hesitate to return.
