Every couple of years we head to Oahu to thaw out during the winter. This time we opted for a stay on the third floor at the Royal Moana. Overall it was fine. Location-wise, it was fantastic. A quick five minute walk and you're in the thick of Waikiki beach. In terms of space, it was a roomy studio with...

We stayed in the 1BD 4th floor unit (402?) for 7 nights. Yes, stairs only so it was a great workout going up and down! Felt like a little home being in a quiet, low-key place, coming and going as we pleased. Well equipped kitchen. Fantastic location. 3 blocks from the beach, we walked to the surf shop every morning...

This small and tidy apartment is located in a three-story building on Liliuokalani Avenue, which is the name of the last monarch of Hawaii - read about it! There is a fairly well outfitted kitchen with a microwave, coffee brewer, full-size fridge, & stove with oven. There is a trundle bed in the kitchen/eating area and a queen-size bed in...

We rented condo 202 at 240 Liliuokalani Ave from Ali'i Beach Rentals for 6 nights. It was perfect for my son and I. It is an older unit but with 2 beds, a kitchen, bath and 2 min walk to beach and shopping and with parking, it was a steal!! I would definitely stay again!

The good: The location was great! Just a few blocks to Waikiki Beach, and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Our experience with Ali'i Beach Rentals was good. Check-in and check-out was easy. We saved lots of money over a hotel, and even more by cooking our own meals. The bad: There is not a single comfortable piece of furniture...

I have been to this hotel several times over the years and it never changes. One of the oldest hotels in Hawaii and First Class in every sense. Small historically Regal and some of the most amazing buffets I have ever encountered. I have experienced several Christmas Day and New Year's Day Brunches here. They still use real silverware and...

When my wife and I decided to spend a week in Honolulu, she checked various locations and saw this one and from the pictures, it looked like a good place to stay. But once we actually found the place, we were very surprised that the building looks run down. Also, the area surrounding this building had a number of homeless...

I visited Hawaii with my daughter (UH-Manoa Class of '09), her partner and another second daughter on May 12th through the 22nd. We rented #202 and it was PERFECT! One cannot beat the price for the condo rental compared to the price of hotels! It's just 3 blocks from the beach and there's plenty of places to eat nearby (though...

Would stay here again!! Great location and great value! Walking distance to Waikiki Beach and close to bus stops. Across the road from the Hilton hotel - convenient for shuttle bus pick up and drop off.
