While not on the beach, its location (2 or 3 blocks away) is a central location for all Waikiki Beach activities. The room was small, but efficiently designed. The security in the building was a plus. The only negative was the parking: You had to park on the sixth floor, take an elevator down to the first and then another...

Great time had as usual when in Hawaii. Met up with Australian an American relatives. My favorite holiday destination. Dukes restaurant is a must for breakfast. The flea market on a Wednesday or Saturday is a must. Pearl Harbor tour of the USS Arizona and USS Missouri is essential. A great perspective of American and Japanese involvement in the Second...

We stayed here whilst on holiday in Honolulu. The "hotel" is essentially a serviced tower block that mainly holds people who live there full time. We used Vacation Internationale who we traded our own timeshare into. The room was ok, a little worn in places but serviceable. The pool was really rubbish, needed work doing to cracked tiles and was...

As part of an exchange with Vacation Internationale, we got 2 accessible units with air conditioning overlooking the BBQ and pool towards the west. They have designated parking spots on the 6FL in the parkade. The parkade entrance is on Seaside Ave. I will miss the main lobby. It was so refreshing every time we would walk into the air...

There is no front desk, so no service except through return phone call. Not terribly clean. No clean towels or sheets in 5 days. Checking in was difficult. Checking out was only by leaving the room keys on the table and pulling the door closed behind us. The pool was closed the whole time we were there. Water was off...

We dealt with Gavin and he was very responsive to our enquiries. The security personnel were friendly and helpful. Our view of Diamond Head, the canal/golf course and ocean was awesome. Pluses: loading zone(not crazy busy), fast elevators, clear check-in instructions emailed well ahead of arrival, wide hallways, good internet, good shower pressure, laundry and dishwasher worked well, nice furnishings,...

We contact Rick Rose about a timeshare he had inside the Royal kuhio! The condo was in exactly condition and he worked so hard to make sure all of our needs were met! The condo was super clean, the views were amazing and everything was in walking distance which was wonderful!! Definitely recommend this place and vi resorts!

Sean was our contact for this property. He couldn't do enough prior to and on arriving to the apartment. The property was a little tired but a great location (although a little noise from the street). We had great access to the local buses that only cost $2.00 to go just about anywhere (even Pearl Harbour). Great restaurants nearby. Thanks...

Stayed in the penthouse for 1 week. Great location, great big apartments, and an amazing view! Short walk to the beach and a short walk to all the shops. Apartment was great quality, with ample supplies throughout. Great for the whole family to stay in!

From the moment we stepped inside #2111 we felt we had made an excellent choice. The apartment was cosy yet with a lovely view to the sea. It had everything you could wish for to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and the decor had been carefully chosen to give a seaside atmosphere...there was even a...
