My family decided to stay at this hotel to celebrate my father's 60th birthday. The price of almost 1 million won per night(premium ocean front) was burdensome, but as soon as I arrived at the hotel, the staff welcomed me and cleaned and washed the dishes perfectly every day. Also, my family saw a beautiful sunset every evening and was very happy. Access to the beach is also a great advantage. Thank you to the staff who always welcomed us with a smile. We hope to stay at this hotel again next time. Mahalo !
We went as a graduation gift for my son. We stayed on the 19th floor in in an ocean front 2 bedroom suite. Words can not express how pleased we were. Our flight was cancelled so we had to readjust our dates and the staff helped do that with ease. Our checkin was very easy, they met us with cool towels to wipe down as they checked us in. Our car rental was not so generous and refused to keep our rental until the next day of our arrival so we didn't have a rental. That was not an issue, the staff arranged for shuttle when we decided to adventure out. I would request Rabbi Shuttle, this man was great. This is the cleanest place. The staff is constantly wiping things down, maintaing the garden area of the walk out to the beach. When we return to Hawaii this will be our first choice to book our reservation.…
We stayed in room 2901 and really enjoyed the lovely view and the service. It felt like an apartment with two bedrooms, a spacious living / dining area. It was equipped with Toto automatic toilets just like in Tokyo, a dishwasher, and a washing machine / dryer. There was lots of storage too. MaryAlice from the Reservations desk was so helpful in explaining the room options before we traveled to Honolulu. If you're looking for a Waikiki hotel, be sure your room is right in front of the beach like Aston Waikiki Beach Tower or else all you'll see are buildings.
Great location at Waikiki beach, just walk out the door and your on the beach and the centre of Waikiki, the view from our room was astonishing and enjoyed having our morning coffee and evening drink on the balcony. Free parking at the hotel too :)
We had a wonderful stay in these comfortable apartments. The view from our room was unbelievable and all of the amenities were so great to have! The location of the beach tower is so convenient to the beach and downtown Waikiki. We had our choice of restaurants and stores for shopping.
I wanted an ocean front room and was pleasantly pleased upon arrival how lovely the surroundings were. My family had never been to Hawaii before, and I wanted them to have a vacation to remember for all times. Mission accomplished. I will truly visit and stay here again. Thank you for all your staff did to make our stay the best.
Our checkin process was very friendly and attentive. We were guided up to our oceanfront room on the 21st floor by the front desk staff and advised of all that was available to us and how the property worked. The condo was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit and was plenty big enough for 4 adults. The kitchen wasn’t big but it had all the amenities we needed, just a little short on cupboard space. The views of the ocean did not disappoint. If you are looking for activity, there is always something to watch from the balcony. We found it loud outside from the major car traffic and people below, but inside the unit, doors closed, it was quiet enough. The property is right across the street from the beach. Very close to stores and restaurants. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job each day, refreshing our unit, with the exception of vacuuming the floor. I would have liked to see that happen more often during our 8 day stay. The washer/dryer unit isn’t big but it worked just fine for our needs. The hotel did provide limited laundry detergent. The staff were quite responsive to our needs and pleasant to deal with. We had an issue with our shower tap not turning off completely on our 2nd day and it was attended to and resolved within an hour. Our one complaint about our unit would be the beds. Our mattress was hard. Firm doesn’t describe it. It was hard. And the pillows were far too smooshy. That made for difficulty getting a good night’s sleep. The second bedroom had 2 twin beds, which could be pushed together if desired but our guests chose to use them individually and they were of the same opinion. The pool, hot tub, gym and barbecue area were all in great shape. We took in the hula lesson class and I would recommend it to all ages. The instructor was patient with the little ones and added some lovely humour to her lesson. Her instructions were clear and made learning hula very easy. The roads in that area can be challenging to navigate - some are 2 way but lots were one way, and the amount of pedestrians, scooters, bikes and cars make it important to leave yourself lots of time to get where you need to go. Honolulu traffic can get quite congested, especially during rush hour, so keep that in mind if you have reservations you need to make it to. We discovered the bustle and large concentration of people in the Waikiki area is not our vibe but the hotel and their staff made our stay as pleasant as it could be. …
The hotel is located right in the thick of things and is a short walk across the beach if you're ok with not walking out directly on the beach. The staff is great, very helpful and prompt to respond to any needs or concerns. I was really there to stay in the room but rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
Can’t go wrong with Waikiki Towers. 4th trip to Waikiki & first stay at this location. Won’t stay anywhere else. Up to date amenities and gorgeous. Planning another trip next year. Wonderful staff, accommodations and location.
The room, the staff, the view and service are absolutely excellent at the Aston Waikiki Tower. I have NEVER been disappointed at any Aston resort I have stayed at and I have stayed many times. I will definitely be coming back. They are A+
