This was our first trip to Hawaii. Checked in and asked for an upgrade and got it. The beautiful receptionist sent us up a bottle of wine and a very nice card. The room was clean/upgraded and the distance from the beach was not too bad. Loved it!!

We stayed at the Hilton in August right after the storms. We arrived early and our room was ready due to most guests leaving earlier in the week because of the forecast hurricanes. We booked a king bed ocean front room. The view was really nice. We were on one of the higher floors and enjoyed sitting out on the...

This is my third hotel in Honolulu and third in terms of preference. Hyatt and Marriott on the Kalakaua Ave are better. Sheraton has nice facilities but further away from the Waikiki Beach. Location – so so. It is in the Waikiki area (not far away like to other Hilton) this is a plus. However, it is one large block...

Aloha, thank you for taking the time to write a review about the recent stay you had with us. Although I am very happy that you found the room and service to be very pleasing, I would like to apologize that we did not meet your expectations with the amenities as well as with the food. As you know, Waikiki...

Had a business trip to Honolulu and this Hilton fit into the company policy on price compared to the Grand Village and other locations closer to the beach. This location is still very close and a brief walk to Waikiki Beach. I was upgraded to top floor and had a spectacular view of the mountains, the other side is beach...

Aloha, thank you for the review about the recent stay you had with us. I am happy to hear that your business trip was a successful one. Thank you for mentioning the exceptional service that we provide and also the valet information in the guest service book, we will take a look at re-printing those. Please visit us again on...

We thought that this is located across a street from the famous beach, but is a couple of blocks away. However, everything you want (the beach and the famous shopping & dining street) is found near. If you want a direct access to a beach, go to Hilton Hawaiian Village. The room on a high floor was relatively large and...

Honestly when I arrived at the hotel, the rather crowded car entrances and relatively dimly lighted lobby were rather unimpressive. But the friendly staffs quickly changed my impression, and the corridors leading to the room are bright and spotless. The decor is modern and the rooms have definitely gone through some renovations. It is a very impressive stay, and I...

I am thrilled that you enjoyed your entire time here and also got to try our award winning restaurant MAC 24/7. Please visit us again the next time you travel to the island. This is a great hotel one block from Waikiki Beach. Above average, clean and welcoming, great balet service and a nice balcony on each room. the only issue is the street noise if you have your balcony door open, so instead of enjoying the nice breeze you are forced to close the door and turn on the air conditioner. However...

Convenient location a short walk from Waikiki Beach. The rooms were well appointed, quiet and comfortable. Personnel at the desk were friendly and efficient. We were on the executive level and took advantage of the free breakfast buffet, which was good thought the dining area was stark and institutional (with those damn TV's on the walls). I found the lobby...

When is it probably best to be at a beach hotel that is not exactly on the beach? Whwen its in overcrowded Waikiki and the hotel is the Hilton Waikiki Beach. This is a seriously great place to stay. Kind of like goldilocks and the three bears. Not too close and not to far from the beach (one block). Not...

Beautiful hotel, with many amenities. The staff is fantastic and more than willing to help. The only problem I had is if you are handicapped, did not see any carts to get you around the hotel. There is an incredible amount of walking that has to be done. I would stay there again but for longer. This was a layover...
