We arrived early and dropped off our bags and after using the really dirty lobby toilets we were worried about where we had booked. On checking in we were asked to pay more resort fee than our booking showed but they agreed to change this once we showed them the email from Qantas. The room was OK but very dated,...

Not your typical hotel, but the location is one of its best features. Our room was very nice, small kitchenette, very modern, clean and a small balcony that had a great view of diamond head and the ocean! The staff was very nice, especially Roxy at the front desk, so helpful and friendly, thanks for your aloha spirit!

This is a wonderful hotel with very kind helpful staff. The view from sun deck is spectacular. You can see the surfers in the ocean, the magnificent diamond head and the beautiful flamingoes in the zoo There's easy access to many restaurants and Starbucks is just a few steps away It's the perfect location The rooms are very quiet, clean...

Paid $180 online which wasn't the best deal but still a bit better than the more familiar names in town. Nice staff at front desk who will hold your bags after check-out which was nice. However, was shocked to be billed $52 upon check-in for room cleaning services as if that is not included in a regular hotel booking. Combining...

The Waikiki Grand is a fantastic hotel, the staff is wonderful, Foxy Roxy makes your day, ice cold lemon water served in the lobby. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Great snorkeling is just across the road. Amazing views from the 10th floor and seating for your morning coffee. Secure room to put your luggage in if you have...

Not a typical hotel - it's more of a condo complex where many units are available as hotel rooms. We had a City View with Kitchenette. Room was very clean and modern. Only problem was that the refrigerator was not as cold as i like, but that was a minor issue. We may be a bit biased because we selected...

It's not the newest hotel but the location is fantastic and the staff make this place awesome. In particular Roxy at the front desk went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly for me. Friendly service all around.

This is NOT a new, luxurious Waikiki property. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay...."Foxy Roxy" is a great asset at the front desk, with a WINNING attitude and smile. Hula's Bar and Lei Stand on the second floor is a great watering hole, but be advised it's a gay bar, if that matters to you....view from the panoramic top...

The staff at this hotel were very helpful, we were disappointed with the room. The best part about this hotel is the view from the sun deck over the beach and the zoo. The first morning we could not work out how to operate the shower, you had to pull down the bath spout discharge. I have used a lot...
