The beds were comfortable and the deluxe room size was adequate for a family of 4. Some pool noise can be heard from the 9th floor as the pool is on the floor below this however, it would only affect rooms with a pool view. Housekeeping was late in the day and kept our room sand free, with toiletries topped up and clean towels throughout our stay.
As part of the resort fee you are able to use the hotels beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and body boards and no matter what time of day we requested these they always had the amount we needed. The beach and shops are a 5 minute walk.
Sun cream is available around the pool area and every day of our stay the pool was either empty or quiet and no sun loungers reserved with towels left on them. The pool is shallow so not suitable for swimming (the sea is perfect for this). The hot tub is large so wouldn't feel awkward or uncomfortable with alot of people in it.
Our children really appreciated being given one of the hotels fish to look after during our stay.
Nice hotel with friendly staff.
We stayed in the deluxe room with 1 king and 1 queen bed, and it was spacious, clean, and modern—overall, a very comfortable stay.
However, there are a few drawbacks. The resort fee feels unjustified. At $37 per night, you essentially pay for beach towels and chairs, but there’s no private beach, included activities, or a pool experience that would typically qualify a property as a resort. This trend of resort fees feels more like a hidden charge.
Also there is no airport shuttle. It would have been great to have such service!
Additionally, the lack tof accessible showers, even at the pool, is inconvenient, especially if you have a late flight… would have been nice as being part of a “resort”

The lobby, located several floors up in the tower in which the hotel is situated, is spacious and has hot and cold water available. You have to go down to the first floor in order to rent beach loungers and umbrellas. There was a reasonable amount of parking available, but you have to drive up several steep ramps to access the hotel's parking and it is a bit tight for anyone who is thinking of bringing a larger car.
The rooms were a bit old, but spacious and comfortable. The hotel provides cute on-theme Hawaiian Tropics amenities. Whether you're visiting as a tourist or for business, the hotel provides all that you need to be comfortable and enjoy your visit.
