We decided to stay in Newport last minute and booked a room through the app Hotel Tonight. The rate was good for one night. Pearls is located less than a 5 minute walk from Bannister Wharf, making it an ideal location for walking to restaurants and bars. Our room was on the second floor and nothing special - decor was...

Well intentioned manager, but not what the pictures or description promised.Room missing window shades, no individual shampoo or hand soap, but half-used bottles. Hair dryer so clogged with dust that it barely worked. Windows dirty, ceiling fans did not operate.

My fiancé and I stayed at the Pearls the week after Memorial Day and had a more than enjoyable experience. The Boutique Hotel certainly captured the history of Newport. The rooms were spacious and vintage with an array of classic artwork and furniture. Ray, the proprietor, had such a vast knowledge of Newport, and over a deliciously served breakfast, would...

Stayed here for a night in June booked through HotelsTonight. Owner, Ray, was very accommodating and such an eclectic individual! Offered to cook us our own private breakfast after we had missed the "complimentary window". Highly impressed!

Pearl's is a wonderful place to stay. Rooms are beautifully decorated & very comfortable. Hot breakfast each morning was delicious. The grounds around Pearls multiple bldgs are lovely, even in the rain! Ray & Peter were the most welcoming & accomodating, always ready with tips on what to see & where to dine. Thank you both for a great weekend....

After a bad experience around the corner at The Mill Street Inn, we were so pleased to find this place. From the moment we met Peter, the assistant, we fell in love. He was just the beginning of what turned out to be a fantastic stay in Newport. Since it was the last night of a long weekend, he offered...

We had the good fortune to find a gem in the heart of Newport. From the moment we stepped thru the front door Peter greeted us with warmth and welcome. We chatted him up and he gave local info on where to eat, what to see/explore. Knowing our time was short, he helped a great deal in our decision making....

I recently coordinated a stay in Newport for our small corporate group and the majority of our guests stayed at Pearls. With dinners at 22 Bowen's and Pasta Beach, activities and free time in the evenings and their beautiful adjacent gardens we could not have asked for a more brilliant location. Ray, Peter and the staff went out of their...

Came to Newport to find the quintessential event space. Pearls Boutique Hotel offered a spectacular outdoor space for our event. From the oyster shells, to the flowers, to the outdoor kitchen, spacious grounds, to the eye catching antique brick wall, and privacy all within a three minute walk to the heart of the Newport . To our delight we found...
