We had a great two bedroom condo at this nice resort that has pools, easy parking, and a responsive staff. The location is excellent and Newport itself has lots of good seafood and shops and also has a large, beautiful marina. The Wellington doesn't provide daily services but you have all the towels and linen you need and if you...

Wellington is an excellent place for a family to stay. Matty could not be more friendly and helpful. We did not originally book with Wellington, but with another resort that called two days prior to say they had overbooked. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as our stay with Wellington was most enjoyable. It is well kept,...

We were looking to stay in Newport, but not in a hotel so that we could relax together and make our own food. I was thrilled to find the Wellington. We booked a 2 bedroom suite for 5 girls for 2 nights. The rooms were better than I expected! We had a full well appointed kitchen, a large dining table,...

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Wellington Resort. This weekend, a group of girls and I celebrated our friend's bachelorette party. We stayed in a two bedroom suite in building 5 and it was exactly what we were looking for. The suite was spacious, clean and had direct access to the pool deck and a gorgeous...

I stayed here for a bachelorette party a few weeks ago. Overall, great location (can walk to all the important things in Newport like marina, shops and restaurants), pool area is a bonus. Cons are that parking is $10/car/night. They are also very old school in their processes; everything seems to be hand written which slows things down a bit....

Dear Guest Thank you for your feedback and recommending our resort. Regarding parking issue, each 2 bedroom suite comes with free parking for 3 cars, our 1 bedroom suite offer a spectacular view of Newport Harbor and comes with free parking for 2 cars, The second bedroom is just that, small bedroom and no water view and comes with free...

The breathtaking vIew of Newport Harbor AND the Pell Bridge took my breath away Warm likeable staff I will definitely recommend to a friend The Clubhouse is open until 11pm for a late night DVD and (free) popcorn night Tip of the cap to Joseph who fixed my remote control on Day 1! The 3 remotes are confusing

Went with my family, and was warned that the pool would close Monday, May 2. Room was dated, chair cushions stained, lots of elevator/heating system noise. But the final straw was when they closed the pool Sunday morning, May 1st, despite reassuring us it would remain open through the weekend, and signs at every elevator and handed to us stating...

I used to stay here as a kid every March with my family for the St. Paddy's parade. Remembering how great of a time we had, I looked into it for my best friends bachelorette party weekend. We booked a 2 bedroom suite for 6 girls. The rooms were better than I remembered! We had a full HUGE kitchen, a...

We took a small room, and never rarely in it. Hung out by the pool that has a great view. Walked to great restaurants and bars. All in all, a great a location for a couples weekend. Great service at the front desk. We used the common fridge for leftovers and borrowed movies for late night viewing.
