Made reservations online through Booking.com. Only upon reading confirmation (3rd page) did we find that payment was accepted in cash only. We have traveled throughout the world and have never encountered a lodging that only takes payment in cash. The location was ideal. The owner works hard and is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Ivy room and...

This was the first time I stayed at a B&B and was not disappointed. The old beach inn was very charming and lovely decorated. Luke was very accommodating and made you feel at home. This is going to definitely be my new go to place.

A quiet unassuming B&B but a beautifully preserved reflection of a home from the Victorian era. We were made most welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well priced. Each morning at breakfast we sat out on the back porch overlooking the Inn's beautifully landscaped gardens and the gazebo, enjoying a direct connection to...

Was moved to this hotel at the last minute and what a find it was. The room was very charming and clean and private. We stayed in the Magnoia room which was located in the carriage house off from Main Inn. We were not sure what to expect but we were very pleased with the room and the amazing hospitality...

This will be my new go-to place to stay in Newport! The B&B is a low key, relaxing inn located a short walk from downtown. Decorated in Victorian style, the inn is not modern or luxurious, but is clean, comfortable and just what we were looking for. Our room on the second floor was large and very comfortable. Luke, the...

No elevators, no Mini bars but a GREAT value in a quaint New England house. Beautiful inside and out and a great host, Luke, will greet you with coffee and a continental breakfast in the AM. Outdoor patio/porch is great for meeting fellow travelers.

The three circle rating is only because this is not a glitzy modern hotel but a quiet old style guest house where you feel more like visiting friends than being put up in a multinational chain. I stay here three or four times a year when visiting Newport and find it an ideal retreat from the bustle of Newport in...
