Wife & I and friends stayed here while we explored Newport. A good value for the money. It is close to everything. The staff are very nice. The only drawback is the steepness of the stairs if you get a room on the second or third floors.

My wife and I stayed here this past weekend and the experience couldn't have been better. The room as immaculate, had its own full kitchen and was perfectly decorated. The location is fantastic as we easily went to dinner on Thames and walked the cliff walk the following morning. We read the reviews on trip advisor and were nervous about...

Well the reviews we read were somewhat negative and that sums up our stay. Seriously dark and narrow stairway to the third floor. Our room required a walk through an outside balcony to get to after navigating the perilous stairway with luggage. There was no noticeable staff on premises after breakfast. You were out of luck if you needed anything....

We finally found our way to the Admiral Weaver, as the streets are small and kinda hard to tell which is which. This by far is a very nice B&B and has everything we expected. Close to everything we planned to do.

The gentleman who greeted us was kind and friendly. Very informative as to where the mansions were, some great restaurants to dine in and some intel on the local shoppes. Of course we walked a ways on Thames Street and found an adorable little shop called Virgin & Aged olive oils and viniagrettes. Delicious!!! We went to the Back Alley...

This place is in a very nice location, walking distance to the International Tennis Hall of Fame. The owner was very nice and attentive. He gave us good information about places to visit and good restaurants. His recommendations were on point. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. I would stay there again.
