We can't say enough about our two-night stay at Ivy Lodge in late December. This inn was suggested to us by our elopement wedding officiant and it couldn't have been more perfect, as a place to get married, as well as to stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and it was the most relaxing setting! The common...

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights in Jan. It is in a good location for walking and a short drive to the places we wanted to see. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the area is quiet. Don and Jacqui were very nice and friendly. Don gave us some good recommendations of places to eat, and...

My wife and I stayed at the Ivy Lodge from 10/14-10/16. I was reluctant to stay at a B&B since I never have and thought privacy would be somewhat of an issue and the accommodations not up to par with what I typically reserve. I couldn't have been more wrong. What an amazing house, set on a beautiful piece of...

Thank you so much for the kind words. You really captured the essence of our Bed & Breakfast. I hope it inspires others to try a new lodging experience. While a typical hotel is nice, staying at the Ivy Lodge gives you a memory to savior.

A wonderful room on a wonderful property in a perfect spot in Newport. A short walk to most everything. Bed & Breakfast decor is perfect and the "family" style breakfast is great. Looks like we've found a new home in Newport.

We stayed at Ivy Lodge for 3 nights in October. It was a great choice. Our room was beautifully decorated with many small decorative touches and spacious. The area was very quiet. Breakfasts were excellent. I don't eat gluten and I always had gluten free options. Our favorite place was the wonderful, large porch with comfortable chairs, couches and lights....

Loved staying at the Ivy Lodge. Our room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. Felt like home, not a hotel. The breakfast both mornings were great. There was always coffee and snacks if you wanted anytime of day or night. Everyone was so friendly, we will be back!

This was my first time visiting Newport and staying at a B&B. I really wanted to stay at a B&B because I was traveling by myself and wanted something laid-back and relaxing and quaint since the purpose of the long weekend was to unwind and see some of Newport. I am SO glad that I found this place!!!! From the...

My Husband and I just returned from the Ivy Lodge in Newport. It was a last minute decision being that our trip to Charleston, SC had been cancelled due to Hurricane Matthew. What a wonderful change it was. The Lodge is clean and our room (The Satterlee Suite) was perfect. There was very little noise and the room was very...

The weekend of 9/11 my husband and I stayed at the Ivy Lodge. It is a beautiful bed and breakfast close to the mansions and within a mile of downtown Newport. Our room was beautiful and quiet. The air conditioning couldn't keep up with the heat of the day, so the room was a little warm, but all in all...

Time for Rest & Relaxation at The Ivy Lodge My wife Cindy & I found Ivy Lodge on the Web, while searching for a better place to stay in during our two-day visit to the Newport Mansions. We were so fortunate to have seen the venue listed on Trip Advisor. Had we missed it, we may not have enjoyed our...
