Fantastic, quaint B&B just a short walk from downtown Newport. We stayed in the Pauline room - nice big room with a four poster king bed, fireplace and en suite bathroom with a rain head shower. The staff were very accommodating bringing an AC unit to the room for us as it was unseasonably warm. The room was clean and...

Very nice accommodations. Would go back again. Room was super hot at night but nothing an open window couldn't fix. Cindy was very helpful and attentive. Would recommend. Oh and breakfast was great! Small kitchen and great chef.

Not very impressed. Room was not cleaned properly. Dirty socks in the middle of the floor. The remote for the television was under the bed. No one answered the phone when we called to get information after 6 pm.

Perfect place to have a girls getaway weekend (or a romantic weekend) conveniently located close to Bellevue and the mansions and all the food and shops on Spring and Thames. The Inn was cozy and quaint with an inviting sitting room that had a stash of fresh made cookies and hot water for tea or hot chocolate. The rooms were...

My wife and I recently stayed at the Victorian Ladies Inn to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We stayed in the Alfred room which was perfect for our second honeymoon. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing. Our favorite was the Eggs Newport, although the stuffed french toast and the herbed omelet were also delicious....

This absolutely charming B&B is just up the street from Cliff Walk and an easy walking distance to the water front shops and restaurants on Thames as well. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff is fantastic and the breakfast every day is amazing. Seriously, this is the best breakfast selection I have ever seen at a B&B. Afternoon tea...
