My family and I stayed here for one night. There are roomers staying long term so we were given an old, nasty room with cracking walls, window pans and nasty hallways from hell. Was waiting for Jack Nicholson to show up and announce he's with us. The outside of hotel looks great, but the room we had and the massive...

Buffalo was great but the Lenox and the great people there made it the most memorable trip I've been on in years. Everything down to the charming atmosphere, accommodating staff, the Lenox Grill, all of it made us Lenox people every time we go to Buffalo. We are already planning our next getaway and we can't wait to check back...

we stayed on the 8th floor in a room for two nights recently - both days found only COLD water in the shower. We reported it both days, and now, two weeks after we complained, we were informed that there will be no compensation because it is our word against the housekeeper who claimed there was plenty of hot water!...

Good location but walls are very thin. Can hear everything! No hot water one morning... next morning no cold. Bed comfy and clean. Room very dated and in need of complete renovation. Reception friendly. Good bar below.

My wife and I love to stay in hotels/motels that have a history. The Lenox certainly fits the bill. There are aspects where a little more maintenance could help, but at the same time, a little age is part of what you're paying for. The lobby is amazing, and the restaurant has over 300 beers and the food is great....

My husband & I visit Buffalo quite often to visit our daughter & have stayed at many different hotels, and this, by far was our biggest disappointment. We realize that this is an old hotel, and were not expecting a 5 star hotel. We checked in and the girl behind the desk was very pleasant. As I am standing there...

We were in town for a high school graduation and stayed at this hotel. The hotel had a lot of character, appearance wise. It was conveniently placed near a lot of attractions and we were able to enjoy our time without going too far. It's 2-3 blocks from the famous Anchor Bar, too. It's clean and cozy and the staff...

Our family had an extended stay here and we were left with a very bad taste in our mouth and wounds on our legs.. The beds have broken metal frames with protruding sharp metal that cuts into both your legs and tears your pants. But dream on for consideration or even assurance that it would be fixed for the next...

Employees were great. I was asked to sign an agreement that I would not smoke in the hotel, even so the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. Our room was OK but- we had no hot water, the radiators made creaking noise when the heat came on-the bed-spread sounded like paper crackling. We had very little sleep. I wouldn't stay there again.

Was a very nice stay with the staff very welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant is fantastic with 350 or so beers, quick walk to downtown, 24-hour Walgreens right next door. Very convenient for all these reasons. Also very cozy old-style rooms that make you feel at home, in a way that often even 5-star hotels fail. All in all a...
