This motel was renovated 1.5 years ago and is immaculately clean and modern on the inside. There is a mini fridge and plenty of outlets for all my electronics. It looks like a rustic motel from the outside. Perfectly located right outside Theodore Roosevelt National Park and walking distance of everything in Medora. The front desk/office is open 24 hours...

We stayed here on our way to Yellowstone, the rooms had recently been renovated. The room was very clean and hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay at Medora and the Badlands Motel that we booked a room on our return trip a few days later.

We were so pleased with our accomodations at the Badlands Motel. The rooms were completely refurbished for the 2015 season. Although not luxurious, the room were tastefully decorated and had everything we needed, including a small refrigerator. Check in was seamless, and although we had arrived early, our room was ready. Everything was spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a wonderful...

If you are going to be in Medora - this is a great option for a good motel. Not expensive but very nice. The rooms were recently redone and they were very nice. The location is great. They don't include breakfast but do give you a $40 voucher that can be used at a few options in town which were...

The rooms r lovely. They have been recently renovated & r great. Pool is still very nice & this location is within walking distance to the whole town. We had breakfast @ the buffet & golfed Bully Pulpit which is the most picturesque golf course for miles.

This is a very nice motel in a wonderful setting: Medora, ND - near Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Nice large newly remodeled room. Ours had a great view of a large butte. Please note that some websites haven't kept up with new features: in-room refrigerator, hair dryer, free wi-fi etc. We found the staff to be friendly, polite and willing,...

My family has been going to the Bad Lands Motel in Medora since the 70's. Though the appearance in the rooms was updated, the service has gone down as the years progress. No longer is it run by residents of the town but it is operated by students who are studying hospitality in college and international students training in the...

Love this newly remodeled motel. We have stayed in Medora several times. This is our first visit to this hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The location is perfect for walking uptown, the children's park, miniature golf, and much more. They have a nice outdoor pool and hot tub. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wow, what a nice place. The rooms were awesome. The rooms were recently remodeled and they were very comfortable. The beds were very comfy. That's important if you have a bad back. The motel is located on the edge of town and has ample parking.

Our tour company booked our group in this motel on our recent visit to Medora. Don't let the outside fool you!! Rooms recently got a make over and were very nice. The bathroom had tons of room and was awesome. Very pleased. Not sure what the nightly room rate is as it was booked through Judy's Leisure Tours, Moorhead, MN
