We stayed there 2 nights. Needs updating as it has an old feel to it. the strangest thing is their breakfast. It is served in the lobby with limited room, but has plenty of space to go eat on the second floor. Did not make since to serve down stairs when it had a large place upstairs. Maybe because of...

I booked a block of rooms for our soccer team. We were able to get a good rate, and the hotel was located near NAU, which was where our team would be playing. A few weeks before, my husband and I happened to be in Flagstaff and decided to check out the hotel. We drove past it a few times...

This is only just average in my book. The staff were great and very friendly. But the property is in dire need of an uplift throughout. Investment will pay off as its in a good location. Breakfast is a bit odd - you collect your self service food in the reception area then carry it up a flight of stairs...

I stayed at this hotel with 11 other family members for one night. We arrived after 11:00 at night, all tired from a day at the Grand Canyon. I had read other reviews that stated that there wasn't an elevator so I was prepared for that but it was still difficult for all of us lugging suitcases up a flight...

We visited Flagstaff on a fairly high-demand weekend (there are lots of them) and this was the most reasonable motel available. Everything was fine -- yes, the motel is a bit dated, but you can't have all things new all the time. Sean, the front desk agent, and Laura, the breakfast lady, were very helpful. The room was quiet and...

This hotel is one of the worst looking I've stayed in. It has just been run into the ground and is in need of some serious attention. Carpets were stained everywhere. The carpets are old and simply past their useful life, I would NOT walk barefoot in my room. Paint is peeling off walls, siding is rotting and falling down,...

This Quality Inn is a little older unit. But it is located on Milton Road about a mile from the downtown area and near numerous restaurants and fast food locations. Nice large area for breakfast, although most of the tables are upstairs. Ice machine didn't work at our end ot he hotel, so we had to walk quite a ways...

We stayed here during a recent trip back from California. The room smelled awful. The hallways smelled awful. The smell was like rotten food or who knows what. For the price of $100, it should be in better repair. The walls had paint peeling and the beds are super low to the ground. The wifi was basically non existent and...

We stayed here for one night last year and it suited our needs. We were in Flagstaff again this week and decided to give it another try. This is an old hotel by the University. It was one of the cheapest places for the evening $100.00 and they accept pets. The staff was friendly and the lobby was clean. BUT,...

This was our second time here. First time was in 1993 and we thought that after 21 yrs the hotel was probably old and who knows maybe dirty. So we didn't expect much going here again, but it was Friday and it was the cheapest hotel in the area. We arrived and noticed the lobby is old yes but clean....
