Bathrooms need a lot of work. Drinks are watered down. Breakfast is a great thing. Beds are averages. Staff are all excellent. Communications is off the charts fantastic. Didn't like that they like to get 10s on survey. You need to earn a 10 to get a 10. Staff get a 10. Hotel maintenance gets a 0. A lot of...

We stayed here with our 3 year old and 2 month old to attend the North Pole Experience. We had stayed at the Little America years ago and decided against staying on site where the NPX is based out of. The hotel is pretty updated. The rooms were modern enough. Very clean. Lots of space. We had a double queen...

Unless you go early at 6 good luck. We normally love their breakfast at other Embassy's but this one is terrible. Second time and it is a mess and food isnt refilled very quickly. Disappointing and we went somewhere else.

We stayed here early December and were very pleased with the hotel. Excellent location to get to everything in area and plenty of dining options nearby. The room was nicely laid out with sofa bed in living area for kids and separate bedroom for us parents. Our only problem was we had big suitcases and the rooms were quite small...

This is a very clean hotel with nice staff at the front desk. We have four small children and so the room was great for all of us. The only issue is the breakfast in the morning was chaotic, over crowded, not enough room, they ran out of food and didn't refill it for 25 min. It was definitely a...

Unfortunately, our stay at your property was very unsatisfactory and not what we are accustom to from the Hilton as a long time HHonors Member! The windows in our room 305 did not close and seal properly causing the room to be very cold and drafty. The heater did not work at all and the room temperature was unacceptable. The...

We decided to take our our children and grandchild to the North Pole Experience. We stayed at the Embassy Suites and it was such a great experience. First the evening reception was really enough food to fill us up. The kids were able to sit by the fire while the adults chatted and the staff and even other people were...

This hotel was a disappointment. I usually love staying at the Embassy Suites due to all the amenities; separate spaces for the adults and kids, managers reception, and complimentary cook to order breakfast. Which this hotel did offer however, the room was extremely small, there was a problem with the heating/ac unit, and the television in the bedroom- sound and...

Good location in Flagstaff on main drag near campus and downtown. Very roomy suite that satisfied our need for 3 adults sleeping. Unfortunately, the pull out couch was not comfortable - but they rarely are. We appreciated the bottled water and snacks given to us at check-in. We missed the managers reception and almost missed breakfast because the staff decided...
